URGENT: App Store Migration Blocked 14+ Days Due to a new build Error — Need Pause to Upload New Build
Hello Apple Developer Support and Community, RE: #102631841612 I am currently stuck in App Store migration hell. My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap. I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success. This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again. Please, if anyone from Apple Developer Support or the community has advice, contact, or workaround to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. I am including screenshots of the error (without sensitive info) below. Thank you for your urgent attention.

Testing Significant Location Change
We are currently developing a research-based iOS application that relies heavily on background capabilities, specifically Significant Location Change. We are using CLLocationManager.startMonitoringSignificantLocationChanges(). During development, when using Debug → Simulate Location in Xcode, we receive a location update only once. Subsequent simulated location changes do not trigger additional callbacks, which makes testing and development quite cumbersome. Are there any tools, commands, or workflows (e.g., via Xcode, Instruments, or system-level simulation) to reliably simulate multiple significant location change callbacks for testing purposes? If there aren't such tools, how do I test this behaviour reliably, robustly and rigidly?

Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for 12 Days
Hello Apple Developer Support / Community, I’m reaching out for help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. It’s been 12 days since I submitted all the required documents (photo ID, business verification, and company registration documents. I also replied to the email as instructed. Seven days ago, I received a response from a Senior Advisor saying the case was being reviewed and that I’d receive a reply soon—but nothing since then. The status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed." This delay is now affecting my business operations and launch timelines. I’ve done everything required—uploaded all documents, responded to support emails—but no progress or updates. Has anyone experienced similar delays? Is there any way to escalate this? Thank you in advance for any advice or assistance. Best regards, Gustave

Developers Need Some Answers
Whats the deal with apple taking money from people for a developer account and doing nothing about it. There's a growing number of users waiting weeks and some over a month who have paid for a developer account and are not receiving what they paid for. When trying to reach out to Apple they are ignored and never answered. Some would label this theft or fraud. Whats going on?

Cant login apple account
Hello, I am an Apple Developer and I have been unable to access my Apple ID for more than a week because of a verification code issue. Every time I try to sign in to my Apple ID or manage my banking information, I see this error message: “Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last verification code you received or try again later.” The problem is that I am not receiving any SMS verification codes at all, so I cannot enter any “last code”, and I cannot complete the sign-in process. I have already tried the following: Waited more than 24 hours without requesting new codes, several times. Tried signing in from different devices and networks. Confirmed that my phone number is active and can receive other SMS messages from different services. The issue persists and I am effectively locked out of my Apple ID. This is a critical problem for me because it directly affects my Apple Developer work: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect. I cannot add or edit my banking information. I cannot upload my app or submit it for review. I also do not have another phone number that I can add as a trusted phone number, so I cannot simply switch to a different number. I kindly ask for a concrete technical solution or manual intervention for my Apple ID, not just “wait 24 hours and try again”, because I have already done that multiple times and the error is still there. Could you please: check if there is a block or rate limit on verification codes for my account, and help reset it or provide another way to verify my identity and restore access to my Apple ID, or assist me with updating my trusted phone number after verifying my identity? This issue is blocking my ability to continue development and release of my app on the App Store, so I would really appreciate any escalation to the appropriate technical team. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards, Daniil

Developer Enrollment
A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number. The email with the receipt says the following: To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away." If I click on my order number it says: "Enrollment Complete", "Electronically Delivered(Completed)", and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.". However, when I sign in to my account on developer.apple.com, and then click on account, it says "Pending", "Purchase your membership." and, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.", If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds. I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

I can't buy the Apple Developer subscription. I'm tired of it.
A year ago, I had an app published on Apple Developer, but I didn’t renew the subscription. Months later, when I tried to subscribe again, I started getting an error when trying to purchase the Apple Developer subscription. I've already tried different cards, and the error continues to appear. I'm really exhausted at this point. I’ve been speaking with support through chat and phone calls for almost three months, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep being told to wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, but the error is still there. I’ve contacted both Apple Support and Apple Developer Support, and neither team has been able to help. I’ve been trying to pay a $100 subscription for three months, and I still can’t complete the purchase. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor experience for something as simple as paying for a subscription.

Enrollment stuck after identity verification via special upload link (non-local passport) — Case ID 102795934998
Hi Apple Developer Support / Community, My Apple Developer Program enrollment is stuck due to identity verification. Country/region: Australia (I’m currently in Australia) Passport: non-local passport (Japanese) The Apple Developer app rejects non-local passport uploads automatically, so Apple Support instructed me to upload documents via a special upload link. Phone support confirmed the documents were received, but there has been no progress for over 2 weeks. I also submitted the Apple Developer Program Support contact form, but have not received any reply. Case ID: 102795934998 I understand the community can’t access my account details. I’m posting to ask: Is there any way to get this routed to the Identity Verification / Enrollment Operations queue? What exact next step should I request from support to unblock enrollment? Has anyone experienced a similar “special upload link” process and long delays? I need this resolved to publish my iOS app. Any guidance or escalation path would be appreciated. Thank you.

Developer Team invitation form doesn't progress
I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program. Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out. The JavaScript console shows the following error when this happens: { code: -4 data: "Destination unavailable. 500" message: "Application error." } I have tried this process in Safari, Chromium, as well as on mobile data on my iPhone, and the result is the same each time. Other messages in the console: [Warning] 30 console messages are not shown. My Apple account got "locked" and access "denied" - and I have production apps on there
Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't. I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it. I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was "denied." I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week. I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.
