Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see: too many verification codes sent At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited 10–15 minutes and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS. I’ve double-checked that: My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings. My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages. I can log in successfully via other Apple services (e.g. iCloud.com) and receive codes there without issue. Steps to reproduce: Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.” Enter Apple ID and password. Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.” No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help. Expected behavior: Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number. After entering it, I can complete the login flow. Actual behavior: I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly. I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying. Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? I have been waiting almost 2 months for my Apple developer account to be approved. I am unable to reach Apple even though I have submitted a ticket and made phone calls and requested to escalate. I have an event at the end of next week so I need the account approved so that I can upload the app. Can someone help? I am really desperate. Im based in Saudi Arabia And have provided all the requested documents from Apple.

How long does the new Apple Developer Program License Agreement take to take effect once you accept it?

Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer account enrollment nearly a week ago (ID: G256C6S5Q2), but despite sending multiple emails to Apple Support, I haven’t received any confirmation or reply. When I enter my account it is stuck on the "Complete your purchase" screen (I received payment confirmation) and nothing happened since then. I ’m eager to publish my app and get started on development, so I really need them to reach out to me—ideally with a call or a direct response. I have purchased the membership a few times now on the same account. Still have not recieved refunds either for the purchases. However I only receive an email confirming my purchase saying "your order is being processed" and no other emails. Underneath the email I receive there is a link to accessing my account, which I press and it takes me to the app developer website where it just says my account is pending and to finish my enrollment. Furthermore I press this "finish my enrollment" button and taken straight back to a payment portal to pay for the subscription again. I did end up doing this a couple of times thinking maybe it didn't charge me the first time, however after checking my back...it did charge me each time. Can anyone help please, there is no call support for Apple developers and they won't respond to my emails.

After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number. The email with the receipt says the following: To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away." If I click on my order number it says: "Enrollment Complete", "Electronically Delivered(Completed)", and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.". However, when I sign in to my account on developer.apple.com, and then click on account, it says "Pending", "Purchase your membership." and, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.", If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds. I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

There does not seem to be a good area of this forum to post this, so i just post it. I joined the developer program, i made a payment of 99 US dollars, the money was sent from my bank account to Apple.Com, it said on my developers account that it could take up to 48 hours to get things registered and i would be all set to go with the developers account after that. Well, the money is still gone, and 1-2 hours after i made the payment my account now asks me to Join the program, just like before i joined and made the payment. This was two days ago so i sent a message to apple about this, still no answer from them so i dont feel very happy about this, no way in h*** i am going to make a new payment to try to join again when i already did join and did not ever got my money back. Anyone had any similar issues or know what i should do next ?

A year ago, I had an app published on Apple Developer, but I didn’t renew the subscription. Months later, when I tried to subscribe again, I started getting an error when trying to purchase the Apple Developer subscription. I've already tried different cards, and the error continues to appear. I'm really exhausted at this point. I’ve been speaking with support through chat and phone calls for almost three months, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep being told to wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, but the error is still there. I’ve contacted both Apple Support and Apple Developer Support, and neither team has been able to help. I’ve been trying to pay a $100 subscription for three months, and I still can’t complete the purchase. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor experience for something as simple as paying for a subscription.

Hello, I need help with an issue regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed the payment for the annual membership and received the official invoice from Apple. My card was charged successfully, and I have all the payment references. However, after the payment was processed: My account remained in Pending status The message “Complete your purchase” kept appearing When attempting the payment again, the system reported that the order was already paid Now the enrollment flow has reset completely, and the system is asking me to start enrollment and pay again, even though the first payment was successful This seems like a synchronization issue where the payment was recorded in the Apple Online Store system, but not linked to my Developer enrollment. I do not want to be charged again, since the first transaction was already completed. Could someone from Apple please help link the payment to my Apple ID or advise how to activate my membership? Right now my account cannot proceed with enrollment and I cannot access App Store Connect.

I'm trying to enroll in Apple Developer and I continuously getting a "Payment Declined" message despite trying 4 credit cards, a debit card and even my apple card. When I try this through the developer app the "Enroll Now" button is greyed out. It's not a bank issue I've already checked and they don't see any requests coming through. I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Contacted Apple support and they are extremely slow with the responses with very little help. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

I have been trying to enroll for the Apple developer program for almost a year now but Apple has been deliberately frustrating my efforts despite providing every requested information and ID. I have provided every single detail and have gotten to payment/purchase twice but Apple refused to debit/process my payments on both occasions. The latest being last week. I have successful $0.00 test transactions from Apple proving that my payment card is valid on Apple. There really isn't any excuse for not allowing me to complete purchase. After that, Apple disabled my enrollment on the web and directed me to restart on the developer mobile app which I still complied with. Yet, after uploading my ID via a link that was sent to me by a certain Jenny from Developer support (eurodev@apple) and filling in my address hoping to finally proceed to purchase, Apple has disabled my enrollment and I see the message "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." The web option has also been disabled. No message or explanation was provided. Developer support and Apple support have refused to respond to my many mails since then. It's almost as if they were not expecting me to meet their requirements as EVERY SINGLE STEP has been met with some sort of restriction. I have successfully created and uploaded apps on the Google PlayStore till date using the same details without any hassles. I have no criminal records nor restrictions against my person and neither did Apple indicate anything that could prevent my enrollment so this treatment is distasteful. I believe Apple discriminates against locations because I am African. I doubt if US or European applicants face this type of discriminatory treatment from a supposed multinational corporation. I am not the only African complaining about this treatment too. It is sad because Apple generates revenue from Africa but does not consider us to be relevant enough. Shameful.

Hello all. I am currently working on a bug that has recently grown due to the beta release of iOS 18.4. I am unable to reproduce the crash at the moment; however, given that the bug is mostly exclusive to 18.4, I was wondering if this is a known issue or one specific to my app?
