Developer account payment issue
Im having trouble paying for my new developer account and it seems its been an ongoing issue for new enrollments. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you manage to resolve it? I keep getting "Your payment authorisation failed on card. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." I tried different cards, called my bank, tried on safari, tried on the app and been back and forth with support for a couple of weeks no with no solution. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot enrol and now the button is in grey
I tried to enrol and because I have logged in my computer with an account and it shows not support my account etc. therefore I logged in another account on the Developer App, it went smoothly at the beginning. Then it took me to the yearly subscription and showing billing for the account on my computer. I thought this was not okay. Therefore I signed out the account on my computer and logged the same account as I used for the Developer App. I restarted the process. Filled in basic information, address, then Next. Boom, it said something was wrong and I needed to contact support. I did, but they told me there was an error indication for my account, no solutions what I could do. So what? I am forever not able to publish on Apple Store? Does it mean I should continue my test flight on Android? What's wrong with this? Who could help me?

Notarization rejected with statusCode 7000 – Team not configured (new developer account)
I’m a newly enrolled Apple Developer Program member and am trying to notarize my first macOS app using notarytool. My enrollment is fully completed: Payment completed Free Apps and Paid Apps Agreements are Active Banking and tax (W-8BEN) are Active DSA compliance (EU) is Active However, every notarization submission is immediately rejected with: statusCode: 7000 “Team is not yet configured for notarization.” The rejection happens before any analysis (ticketContents is null), which suggests an account-level provisioning issue rather than a signing or app problem. I’ve already opened a Developer Programs Support case under: Development & Technical → Other Development or Technical Questions, and provided recent Job IDs for escalation. For developers who have encountered this recently: Is this typically resolved by Apple enabling Developer ID notarization on the backend? Is there anything else required from the developer side once agreements are active? Any confirmation or shared experience would be appreciated.

Apple Developer Program enrolment stuck for 12+ days with no response on timeline
Hello everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who has gone through a similar experience with Apple Developer Program enrollment. I initially enrolled as an individual and submitted a request to migrate the account to an organization under Thriveage Wellness Private Limited on Monday, January 15, 2026. After a few follow-ups, I was informed that I needed to submit documents linking my individual account to the company account. I provided the requested documents within 30 minutes of that communication. Since then, the enrollment status has remained stuck in “Processing” with no further updates. Support has informed me that they cannot provide any timeline for completion. Over the past several days, I’ve contacted Apple Developer Support 3–4 times but have not received any response. At this point: It has been over 12 days since enrolment, and more than 3 business days since the last support update or email. There have been: No requests for additional documents No phone call for identity verification No explanation for the delay This situation is blocking our ability to publish apps and move forward with business commitments. Has anyone recently experienced an enrolment delay of this length?Is there a specific escalation path that helped resolve the issue? Should I expect a phone verification call, or is there something I should proactively request from Apple? Any guidance from Apple staff or developers who have resolved a similar case would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

failed payment issue
I tried many times, I tried at least 7 cards. But I couldn't manage to pay. Please help me, apple support did not get back to all 4 of my tickets. •••**** We could not receive confirmation for the payment you wanted to make with your card. Payment charged but Apple Developer Program not activated (no confirmation email)
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid for the membership through the Apple Developer app on my iPhone on January 20, 2025. The membership fee was successfully charged to my debit card. However, I never received any confirmation email, invoice, or receipt for the payment, and the subscription does NOT appear under my Apple ID subscriptions. As of today, my developer account is still not active, and I’m seeing inconsistent information across platforms: In the Apple Developer app, I now see a message saying that I can’t enroll with this account, even though the payment was charged. On the developer.apple.com website, it says that I still need to purchase the membership. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support via email, but I haven’t received any response yet. Has anyone experienced a similar issue where: The membership fee was charged, No confirmation or receipt email was received, The subscription does not appear in the Apple ID, And the developer account remains inactive? Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Cannot Renew Account
Every time I try to renew my Apple Developer account, I get a message like "This item is not available in your country or region." (I'm in the United States) I reached out to Apple Developer support via email (because Apple Developer does not offer phone options anymore for any support topics on the website), and they gave me the following response. "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." This is ridiculous! I have multiple apps on the App Store and in TestFlight. I use my Apple Developer account to make a living- how is this even allowed? I have never done anything to violate any terms or agreements. Has anyone else been through this issue and how did they get it resolved?

Enrollment stuck after identity verification via special upload link (non-local passport) — Case ID 102795934998
Hi Apple Developer Support / Community, My Apple Developer Program enrollment is stuck due to identity verification. Country/region: Australia (I’m currently in Australia) Passport: non-local passport (Japanese) The Apple Developer app rejects non-local passport uploads automatically, so Apple Support instructed me to upload documents via a special upload link. Phone support confirmed the documents were received, but there has been no progress for over 2 weeks. I also submitted the Apple Developer Program Support contact form, but have not received any reply. Case ID: 102795934998 I understand the community can’t access my account details. I’m posting to ask: Is there any way to get this routed to the Identity Verification / Enrollment Operations queue? What exact next step should I request from support to unblock enrollment? Has anyone experienced a similar “special upload link” process and long delays? I need this resolved to publish my iOS app. Any guidance or escalation path would be appreciated. Thank you.

MFi enrollment problem
I followed the instructions on the page https://mfi.apple.com/en/help/login-help/How-to-Register-Your-Existing-Apple-ID.html to apply for the MFi Program. According to step 7 of the guide: "You have now created and registered your Apple Account. You will be automatically directed to the MFi Portal to begin the enrollment process," I should have been taken to the enrollment process after logging in. However, instead of accessing the enrollment page, a pop-up message appears stating: "The Apple Account you signed in with does not have permission to view this page. If you believe your company is currently enrolled in the MFi Program, please contact your company’s Account Administrator to request access to the MFi Portal. If your company is not currently enrolled in the MFi Program, please click here to learn about the program and start the enrollment process." This has created an endless loop—I cannot proceed to the enrollment process as instructed, and the pop-up only redirects me to information that leads back to the same login and permission issue. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this and successfully access the MFi Program enrollment process?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment as Russian Citizen in 2026
As stated in the title, I'm a Russian citizen located outside of Russia and Belarus. I am trying to enroll into the program as a US LLC that has EIN. I am the only owner and employee of it. Today has been exactly 1 month of me going back and forth with Apple Support. I provided all of the requested information, including company ownership verification, as well as have been verified that I'm not on the sanctions list. For the past two weeks, I have not received any reply from the support. I know that access to the program is heavily restricted for Russian citizens, but I have not seen any mention that I cannot enroll even if I'm applying as a US LLC registered with the IRS. I also did not get any mention from the support that my citizenship is a problem. I am not sure what to do next. Any advice is appreciated.

Urgent: Enrollment Pending for 72+ Hours After Successful Payment (Jan 19)
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am writing regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has been stuck in "Pending" status since January 19, 2026. Despite a successful payment through the mobile app, my dashboard still displays the message: "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now". I have already been charged for the membership, but the 48-hour processing window mentioned on the dashboard has now passed.
