Trying to use SwiftUI Preview in Xcode 16.2 on complex project, I have no access to Developer Apple team, instead I am using manually installed provision profiles to test on iPhone.
So, SwiftUI Preview does not work with diagnostic error "Failure: Framework Agent preparation failed: Could not find a team ID"

Hello,
I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID."
So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready.
When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program.
Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment?
Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details?
Why is the process so confusing?
Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Our organization has an active Apple Developer membership, but since last month, we’ve been unable to access our team information or manage certificates. Our apps are still active in App Store Connect, but we cannot update them.
On the Developer account page, a “Join Now” button appears, but clicking it results in the message:
“Your Apple Account is already associated with the account holder of a membership.”
Additionally, this account was originally registered with an older email when it was used to create a personal developer account in 2015—nearly 10 years ago. We do not know if this is causing the issue.
We have contacted Apple many times but no reply within one month.
Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

When I execute:
geoCoder.reverseGeocodeLocation(location, completionHandler:{[weak self](placemarks, error) in
print("reverse geocoding location after altitude: ",location.altitude)
print("placemark location first", placemarks?.first?.location?.altitude ?? -1)
The input CLLocation has correct altitude 25, instead the location in the output placemarks have altitude 0, when of course they should have the same location. Moreover it is impossible to retrofit any data in the returned placemarks as they are portrayed as a read only property.
Hi all. I don't know where else to go in order to find a way to communicate with Apple or reach help.
I have enrolled to the Apple Developer Product, no money charged in my account by I have received confirmation of Apple Acknowledgement that I have made an order.
Specifically 2 weeks now I try to contact someone from Apple side but with no luck. Recently I received the following and I had a small conversation from them.
If you have additional questions related to this request, please > reference case number 20000089031868.
Ge***le -> this is the name of the support agent
Did I do something wrong from my side? Does anyone has the same issue?
We have submitted an application to apply for the Apple Developer account to submit a new app, but its been in the system for 3 months. Despite chasing every other day, its not moving along.
Does anyone know how to escalate this in Apple as its causing us a lot of delay.

This is the complete Playground code:
import MapKit
import SwiftUI
import PlaygroundSupport
struct AddressSearchView: View {
@State private var region = MKCoordinateRegion(
center: CLLocationCoordinate2D(latitude: 37.7749, longitude: -122.4194),
span: MKCoordinateSpan(latitudeDelta: 0.01, longitudeDelta: 0.01)
)
var body: some View {
VStack {
Map(position: .constant(MapCameraPosition.region(region))) {
}
.frame(height: 300)
}
}
}
struct AddressSearchView_Previews: PreviewProvider {
static var previews: some View {
AddressSearchView()
}
}
PlaygroundPage.current.setLiveView(AddressSearchView())
When I try to run this I get this in the debug console:

Hint: The expression tried to call a function that is not present in the target, perhaps because it was optimized out by the compiler.
the preview never shows up. If I use other SwiftUI components and not the map it works fine. What is happening?
Playground target is Swift 6 macOS (iOS does the same).

I'm trying to evaluate if we can support AR navigation with MapKit. The feature is supposed to be available for users in US.
I tried to run the sample on my iPhone: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/arkit/tracking-geographic-locations-in-ar?language=objc
But I'm in a location that ARGeoTrackingConfiguration.checkAvailabilityWithCompletionHandler: always return false. I think ARGeoAnchor isn't supported in my location.
I tried to use simulated locations by
Adding a gpx file when launching the app.
Enabling Xcode -> Debug -> Simulate Location -> New York, NY, US
But the availability for ARGeoAnchor is still false.
Is that possible for me to develop the ARGeoAnchor feature outside of the covered areas?
sudo log show --predicate 'eventMessage contains "usbmuxd"' --info
看到了报错信息:

Unfortunately, for the past two months I've been trying to migrate to a company account.
The banking updates are stuck processing with this error message:
Apple Developer support tossed me around between 6 or 7 different representatives, each restarting the process of trying to figure out the problem, contacting the engineering team back and forth, and even remote controlling my screen to try and solve it, to no avail.
None of them know what is the issue. What do I do?

Hello!
I'm trying to flutter run my app but I get this error (Xcode): Command SwiftEmitModule failed with a nonzero exit code
So far I've tried:
rm -rf ios/Pods ios/Podfile.lock
flutter clean && flutter pub get
clean xcode workspace
reinstall xcode
None of the solutions actually work.

Hi, I have an app where user can select an amount within range 20$ - 2500$ and purchase tokens worth that amount, so if he pays 520$ he gets 520 tokens. They can then use these tokens to unlock content within the app. As far as I've seen, in-app purchase doesn't allow custom price set by user. So does this mean we can use third-party payment services? If no, how can we achieve this using in-app purchase. Thank you.

Hi there,
Last week i was finally able to get through and purchase my membership for the Apple Developer Program.
The problem is, even though I already paid, it keeps saying:
"Purchase your membership.
To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now, Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process."
I've tried to reach out to apple developer support numerous times, but no reply whatsoever...
What do i do at this point?

I'm integrating Apple Pay with PayFort in a Swift iOS application, and I’m currently working on preparing a valid purchase request using Apple Pay, as described in PayFort’s documentation:
🔗 https://docsbeta.payfort.com/docs/api/build/index.html?shell#apple-pay-authorization-purchase-request
The documentation outlines the following required parameters:
apple_data
apple_signature
apple_header
apple_transactionId
apple_ephemeralPublicKey
apple_publicKeyHash
apple_paymentMethod
apple_displayName
apple_network
apple_type
Optional: apple_applicationData
I understand these should be derived from the PKPayment object after Apple Pay authorization, but I’m having trouble mapping everything correctly. Here’s what I’m seeing in code:
payment.token
// Returns something like: <PKPaymentToken: 0x28080ae80; transactionIdentifier: "..."; paymentData: 3780 bytes>
payment.token.paymentData
// Contains 3780 bytes of encrypted data
payment.token.paymentData.base64EncodedString()
// Returns a long base64 string, which at first glance seems like it could be used for apple_data,
// but PayFort doesn't accept it as-is — so this value appears to be incomplete or incorrectly formatted
I can successfully retrieve the following values from payment.token.paymentMethod:
apple_displayName
apple_network
apple_type
However, I’m still unsure how to extract or build the following in the format accepted by PayFort:
apple_data
apple_signature
apple_header
apple_transactionId
apple_ephemeralPublicKey
apple_publicKeyHash
apple_paymentMethod
These may be contained within the paymentData JSON, but I’m not sure how to decode it or if Apple allows decrypting it in a way that matches PayFort’s expected format.
How can I correctly extract or build apple_data, apple_signature, and apple_header from the Apple Pay token?
Also, how should I handle the decryption or decoding (if necessary) of paymentData to retrieve values like apple_transactionId, apple_ephemeralPublicKey, and apple_publicKeyHash?
If anyone has successfully set this up or has example code that bridges Apple Pay and PayFort’s expected request format, it would be super helpful!
Thanks in advance 🙏
My application is in flightTest mode.
I received my first two crash reports in XCODE /Organizer. The context is well described, and I was able to isolate the locations where very serious errors occurred.
My application is connected. I'm missing one piece of data in this crash report: the time of the crash.
This will help me see what (in my case) static data was being read on the data server at that time. This will help me investigate.
Is it possible to obtain this information?
We are transferring ownership of an app from one org to another. Most things seem to be transferring as expected thus far according to this page, with the exception of our Xcode Cloud configuration and workflows. I understand that they are connected to source code (Github in this case), so those would probably need to be reconnected, but is there any way to get some of the configuration/workflows transferred?

I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement.
My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page).
We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back.
We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!
What I want?
I expect to use xcrun devicectl device process launch --device <uuid> <bundle-identifier> --payload-url <URL> to launch my app and pass the specified URL as I usually do in iPhone.
What I do?
Let's say the app A which I'm developing.
I try to use UIApplication.open(:options:completionHandler:) in another app to open the app A with registered schema. And whether app A is cold launch or background resumption, app A can go foreground with receiving URL.
If I use xcrun devicectl as above described, app A can still be opened. However, app A can't receive URL which I pass through --payload-url option. That's different from in iOS.
BTW: I as well try YouTube with UIApplication.open and xcrun devicectl, the former way work, the latter way not work.

Swift 6.1 introduces package traits, which are great. But sometimes one might want to have a trait that is not enabled by default, and in such cases you will still want to be able to unit test them.
Can we get an option, perhaps in the test plan configuration, that would allow us to specify traits that should be enabled when compiling for testing, even if those traits are not enabled by default?
Bonus points if we could have multiple test plans that each build with a different set of traits, and running all the tests would cause the package to be built multiple times, so that all possible combinations of traits could be properly unit tested.

I'm facing an issue with revoking an iOS Development certificate in the Apple Developer Console. The certificate is in "Pending Approval" status, and when I attempt to revoke it, I receive the following error:
"The specified resource does not exist. There is no certificate with ID 'XXXXXXXXX' on this team."
Despite this error, the certificate still appears in my list, and the only available action remains "Revoke."
Steps I've tried so far:
Refreshed the page and cleared the browser cache
Logged out and back into my Developer account
Tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome)
Checked Xcode > Preferences > Accounts for certificate status
Contacting Apple Support (Not response since over 3 weeks)
Additional Info:
The certificate type is iOS Development, not Distribution.
The status has been "Pending Approval" since creation.
