My newly registered Apple Developer account has been unexpectedly blocked before I was able to submit our app. This is our first iOS app and I believe this may be a misunderstanding. I have been invited to teams I can navigate things at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ smoothly. But https://developer.apple.com/account does not show teams and don't have access to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/. Thus my Xcode not showing teams too.

I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.” I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided. This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need: A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked. Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access. Advice from anyone who has faced the same unexplained lockout.

Hi, My admin account is locked and I have only one admin role account so that I can not maintain my applications that is published also I can not give permissions other developer account as admin role. I send mail and contact apple developer account support but no-one is helped me and they didnt answer me why my account is locked!!!. They didn't give me any support and help to retake my admin account and didn't reset my password although I sent my all documentation about my company. I am waiting for 15 days to solve this problem and distribute new release my application versions. So how can I recover my admin account ? Does anybody have any suggestion? Hei everyone. As the title says, I have submitted the enrollment for the developer program two times, by mistake. I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it. However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this : To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment. How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? And more importantly, what happens now? I mention that no money charge has been issued from my card on neither of the attempts. Thank you, Best regards, Gabriel.

Hey everyone, I’m in a really frustrating situation and could use some advice. Apple approved my Developer Program application and asked me to make the payment. I paid using my Wise card, but the payment got stuck in authorization and later timed out, resulting in a refund. I contacted Apple via email, and they advised me to reapply using the iOS Developer app. I did exactly that, but my new application got rejected. When I called support, they told me there’s no appeal process and refused to provide a reason for the rejection. I’ve sent multiple emails, but I haven’t received a single response. I just want to continue with my original application and complete the payment, but I can’t get in touch with anyone who can help. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas on how to get through to Apple and resolve this? Thanks in advance!

I can not accept new agreement on account web portal. When I navigated to the page, my personal team can not be seen. So I can not accept the newly agreement. Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? The business name change was purely administrative - nothing structural changes. But these identifier updates are absolutely critical for launch functionality and we didn’t realize they were needed until trying to launch into testflight. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC?
