Hello everyone,
I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see:
too many verification codes sent
At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited 10–15 minutes and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS.
I’ve double-checked that:
My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings.
My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages.
I can log in successfully via other Apple services (e.g. iCloud.com) and receive codes there without issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.”
Enter Apple ID and password.
Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.”
No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help.
Expected behavior:
Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number.
After entering it, I can complete the login flow.
Actual behavior:
I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly.
I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying.
Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out here because I’m honestly frustrated with Apple’s lack of response regarding my payment approval. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my payment to be processed. This is seriously impacting my workflow and financial planning.
I’ve also opened two support tickets, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any meaningful response or updates. I’ve tried being patient, but it’s hard to stay optimistic when there’s no communication or timeline for resolution.
Has anyone else faced similar issues recently? If so, how did you manage to get it resolved? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions, as I’m unsure what else I can do to expedite this process.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I have a SwiftuI App which includes an App Clip. There is one target for the iOS app and one for the App Clip. All good.
But I want to create a new target for the test flight app so that test users can distinguish it from the App Store app. E.g. Test Flight app has a different icon Asset file in the target but includes all the other source code files.
However, when I try to build the test flight target I see the message:
The com.apple.developer.parent-application-identifiers entitlement (...]') of an App Clip must match the application-identifier entitlement ('...') of its containing parent app.
I can't figure how to do this without messing up the original production App.
Any ideas?
Hi, I tried to apply Enroll in Apple Developer Program in the mobile app and I got this error:
"Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us."
Then I did contact Apple by phone as the error message says. I got the response as:
"For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time."
I am already shocked - so I asked what can I do?
Answer - nothing.
Is this normal to not get a response what's the reason that is blocking me to enroll the program ?
Hello,
I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and have already added $100 to my Apple account. However, every time I try to proceed with the enrollment, I encounter an error.
I have reached out to Apple Support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, the case is escalated to a senior representative, yet no clear solution has been provided. It feels as though the issue is being passed back and forth without accountability.
Furthermore, I’m receiving conflicting guidance—Apple.com refers me to developer.apple.com, and vice versa—leaving me stuck without a resolution.
I would appreciate your urgent assistance in identifying and resolving this issue so I can complete my enrollment.
Best regards,

I have purchased the membership a few times now on the same account. Still have not recieved refunds either for the purchases. However I only receive an email confirming my purchase saying "your order is being processed" and no other emails. Underneath the email I receive there is a link to accessing my account, which I press and it takes me to the app developer website where it just says my account is pending and to finish my enrollment. Furthermore I press this "finish my enrollment" button and taken straight back to a payment portal to pay for the subscription again. I did end up doing this a couple of times thinking maybe it didn't charge me the first time, however after checking my back...it did charge me each time. Can anyone help please, there is no call support for Apple developers and they won't respond to my emails.

Hi everyone,
I created a new Apple account for a university project and enrolled in the Apple Developer Program with this new account. I paid for the enrollment using my personal account's payment method. However, a few hours later, Apple closed the newly created account.
When I contacted Apple Support, they informed me that they won't reopen the account and also don't refund the enrollment fee. So now I'm stuck with a paid and unsued Developer Program enrollment for an account I can no longer access.
Is there any way to transfer the Developer Program enrollment to another Apple Account (either a new one or my personal account)?
Has anyone faced a similar situation and found a solution?
This is especially frustrating as the enrollment was for educational purposes, and I'm now out the enrollment fee with nothing to show for it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Oliver
How to Complete the Apple Developer Program Enrollment
I want to register an Apple Developer account. I've communicated many times with Apple technical Advisors via email but haven't received effective solutions. The most recent reply was:
"经核实,我们已经将你的请求升级到相关运营团队,如果有进一步的消息,我们会尽快通知你。"
Here's the English translation:
"After verification, we have escalated your request to the relevant operations team. If there are any updates, we will notify you as soon as possible."
Almost every time I get the same response, but there's been no progress. Could other developers in the forum give me some advice? How should I communicate to successfully complete the registration?
Additional background information: I previously submitted my documents and passed the review, but encountered issues at the payment stage when using a credit card. I asked the advisor whether alternative payment methods were possible if I couldn't use a credit card—I just wanted to understand the options. However, my application was directly revoked and switched to applying via the mobile app, forcing me to restart the entire process. Now, I'm stuck because the mobile app keeps reporting errors. I hope to switch back to the web application instead.
Currently, the web application portal remains unavailable.
If any Apple technical advisors see this, please help address my issue. My case ID is 102573639542.
Thank you.

The ESP-Homekit-SDK tool provides the payload. How do we convert it into the actual QR image with the artwork?
We have already checked the handbooks but couldn’t find any tool to generate the QR code with actual artwork. I can only see the "Setup Code Sizing and Placement" guidelines for it.
I have enrolled for being a developer 5 days ago. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. However, I did pay and got an email from apple with an order number. I wrote to Support and no news for 2 days.
What should I do to get through?

I've registered a developer account and paid for the Developer Program on Feb 12. On Feb 20 I received a payment confirmation. Here's how my "order" looks like right now. This is a bit confusing because there's nothing to "ship", that's a subscription. But OK, maybe that's a unified UI for all purchases.
As you can see my order was not yet fulfilled. I've checked the status of my developer account. It shows "Pending". Here's the screenshot.
What's even more weird, is that I still see the purchase banner as if I never paid for the program.
I've opened a support ticket on Feb 19 but did not receive any messages afterwards. It's as if I've paid for the service and then got completely ignored on actually receiving the service. Does anybody know what's happening with my account? Did you encounter anything like this?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Hello Apple Developer Support,
I've been waiting for my app to become available on TestFlight for testing for around three weeks now. Despite deleting and re-uploading the build multiple times, I continue to face the same issue.
I've attached a screenshot of the problem for your reference. Could you please help me understand how to resolve this? It's becoming quite frustrating.
Looking forward to your guidance.
Hello everyone,
I'm looking for information on Apple's average response time for accessing the developer program. It seems to me that my application has been pending for approximately two weeks and I have not received any updates on the status of my process.

I have referred the provided link Establishing a connection to Apple Push Notification service (APNs). And wanted to highlight that although our APNs certificate is valid until 09 August 2025, we have been unable to send notifications since 22nd April 2025. The error we are encountering is:
"java.io.IOException: keystore password was incorrect".
After encountering the above APNs exception, we created a new APNs certificate, but unfortunately, we are still facing the same issue. We are receiving the following notification response, but the users are not receiving notifications on the iOS mobile application.
Message(Id=1; Token=9C105A434496F9C8E6A47819DAA4C402CF0C231F8219F22AD4FFBD5D0300D832;
Payload={"aps":{"alert":{"title":"Message from : ta785","body":"Sender Contact Number : 2341561726\nMessage : test"},"sound":"default"}})
We suspect this issue may be related to recent changes in the APNs certificate authority, specifically the transition to the USERTrust RSA Certification Authority. Given that we are still using a valid APNs certificate, we are unsure whether this transition has impacted our configuration or caused the issue.
Could you please guide us or provide support to troubleshoot this error? Any assistance in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.
How do I renew my developer account? The desktop app called Developer just crashes and the website says: "Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, ...". I can't find a Renew link or a renew button to click on. Do you know where it is? Cheers
