Our team has not been involved in the Apple development field for a long time, and due to the lack of deep enough understanding of Apple's development related rules in the early stage, there were some mistakes in the operation process, resulting in the account being blocked. In the more than a year since the account was blocked, we have actively engaged in learning, deeply studied the rules and requirements of Apple's development through various channels, and continuously improved our professional quality to ensure that future development work can fully comply with the specifications. Now, we'd like to see if there's a viable way to unblock our account. I'm implementing Apple wallet extension in an iOS app. Currently following this documentation https://developer.apple.com/documentation/passkit/implementing-wallet-extensions I'm facing challages while testing the extension. Any suggestion how can i test it during developmet. Like if i want to test the storyboard from Wallet UI extension. Any suggestions or helping material would be appriciated.

Denied Enrollment in Apple Developer Program Without Explanation – Seeking Guidance
Hello, I am reaching out to the community because I am facing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment that I cannot resolve. I attempted to enroll in the program through both the Developer app and the website, but my application was denied without any explanation. When I contacted Apple Support, I was told that the decision is final and that no further clarification would be provided. To ensure there were no issues on my end: My Apple ID profile is complete and accurate. All required information was submitted during the enrollment process. (Including my credit card and photos of my passport) I have no prior violations of Apple’s Terms of Service or any history with banned accounts. (And my current account is 10 years old or more) Despite this, my application was rejected outright, and I feel this decision lacks transparency. As a developer who has invested significant time and resources into creating apps for the Apple ecosystem, this situation is both frustrating and disheartening. The lack of explanation also makes it impossible to identify what went wrong or how to address it. I have already tried: Contacting Apple Support directly – they reiterated that the decision is final. Double-checking my account details and region settings – everything matches. Searching for similar cases online – but found no actionable solutions. This experience feels unfair, especially since I have complied with all requirements and have not been given any opportunity to appeal or rectify potential misunderstandings. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has advice on how to proceed, please share your insights. Is there an escalation path within Apple? Should I consider legal action due to the lack of transparency in this process? I am committed to resolving this issue but feel stuck without any clear direction from Apple. Apple Payment Approval Delays - No Response from Support
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out here because I’m honestly frustrated with Apple’s lack of response regarding my payment approval. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my payment to be processed. This is seriously impacting my workflow and financial planning. I’ve also opened two support tickets, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any meaningful response or updates. I’ve tried being patient, but it’s hard to stay optimistic when there’s no communication or timeline for resolution. Has anyone else faced similar issues recently? If so, how did you manage to get it resolved? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions, as I’m unsure what else I can do to expedite this process. Thanks in advance for your help!

Help! 😭 Developer Program payment and activation
I made my first payment on 27 Feb 2025, but it was not activated after 48 hours I contacted developer support and they said they would cancel the registration and asked me to resubmit and try again 03 Mar 2025 I resubmitted the enrollment application 05 Mar 2025 I received the enrollment request has been accepted Then I successfully paid by credit card, but it still shows Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. 06 Mar 2025: The chargeback shows it's been canceled I re-paid today. New Order Number: W1305861066 Enrollment ID: 7Z3FUQR4WV Request help to activate my developer😭 Thank you

Apple Developer Program Payment Issue & Rejected Reapplication – Need Help!
Hey everyone, I’m in a really frustrating situation and could use some advice. Apple approved my Developer Program application and asked me to make the payment. I paid using my Wise card, but the payment got stuck in authorization and later timed out, resulting in a refund. I contacted Apple via email, and they advised me to reapply using the iOS Developer app. I did exactly that, but my new application got rejected. When I called support, they told me there’s no appeal process and refused to provide a reason for the rejection. I’ve sent multiple emails, but I haven’t received a single response. I just want to continue with my original application and complete the payment, but I can’t get in touch with anyone who can help. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas on how to get through to Apple and resolve this? Thanks in advance!

Error Adding Account to Visual Studio 2022
I'm trying to add an Enterprise Apple account with the username and password of my developer account, which has worked once before. Now its giving me the following error: "There was an error while trying to log in: No trusted devices or trusted phone numbers are configured for this account." which doesn't make sense because the 2-Factor Auth works when I login to the website. What am I missing? I think the only thing different is I'm using a different Macbook, but should that make a difference? Has anyone else had this error from Visual Studio?

Local notifications in flutter can't work in Release Mode but working in debug mode in iOS. Pub Package Used-awesome_notifications
When we tried local notification by enabling background fetch, audio , remote notifications and push notifications under signing and capability in debugging mode everything was working fine. We need this package to work in background mode i.e., when the app is idle in IOS. This functionality is required in our application send notifications when we receive a signal from signalr package from server even though the app is idle. It worked perfectly when we connect it in debugging mode and we have proceed to TestFlight update but app from the TestFlight didn't send notifications when the screen is off or in background

Apple support unresponsive
I've been contacting Apple Developer support for over 3 weeks now regarding new agreement that is not visible anywhere in account and no option to accept it either. Submitted ticket twice but no response at all. All they have to say is "Thank you for contacting us. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102320028158. If you have any additional information you’d like to provide or would like a status update on your case, please reply back to this email."

There is a problem installing the iwatch app. It has been installing
We have recently developed the iwatch app. We will package the APP + iwatch app and publish it in testfight for test download. However, we often find that after the mobile app is downloaded, the iwatch app is also on the iwatch System application inside display. Click install is always in the installation. It has not been installed. Especially when the phone we tested is paired with several watches. Or delete the mobile APP and download it again to recover. But some situations still cannot be recovered. May I ask why it is always installed? We have confirmed that there is no problem with the network, and the pairing connection between the watch and the mobile phone is normal. This problem has caused us a lot of trouble. I wonder if this will happen in the app store. Please give the official reply

New Target for project with an App Clip
I have a SwiftuI App which includes an App Clip. There is one target for the iOS app and one for the App Clip. All good. But I want to create a new target for the test flight app so that test users can distinguish it from the App Store app. E.g. Test Flight app has a different icon Asset file in the target but includes all the other source code files. However, when I try to build the test flight target I see the message: The com.apple.developer.parent-application-identifiers entitlement (...]') of an App Clip must match the application-identifier entitlement ('...') of its containing parent app. I can't figure how to do this without messing up the original production App. Any ideas?

Urgent: Invoice Correction Issue – No Resolution After Multiple Contacts
Hello Apple Developer Team, I have been trying to request a correction to my tax invoice for my Apple Developer Program purchase, but I have been continuously redirected between Apple Developer Support and Apple Store Online, with no resolution to my issue. Issue Details: Tax Invoice No.: 0015056100 Problem: The company name is incorrect, and the Tax ID is missing. Correction Requested: Company Name: Bluebik Vulcan Company Limited (Head Office) Tax ID: 0105565196514 Address: No.199 S-OASIS Building, 11th Floor, Unit no. 1103-1106, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chomphon, Chatuchak, Bangkok, Thailand 10900 What Happened: I initially contacted Apple Developer Support, but they informed me that they do not handle invoice modifications and asked me to contact Apple Store Online. When I contacted Apple Store Online, they redirected me back to Developer Support. This back-and-forth has been going on for days, and no one has taken responsibility for my request. I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue. Could someone from Apple clarify which team is responsible for invoice modifications and escalate this matter? I have a Case ID for my request and can provide additional details if needed. Looking forward to a resolution as soon as possible.
