After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

So far, we have been using Google Maps to determine distance along a certain route for a MacOS app to register kilometers for a business administration app. But, this is no longer possible, as the login for google maps no longer works. I understand we would have to pay to continue using the Google Maps service as it was and we would have to make changes to the app. That would be ok, but I was just wondering does any developer on this forum have suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Or even maybe have suggestions, to make this work better than before. Three suggestions by chatgpt: use ANWB route planner using google maps, Pro6pp, or to useWisp.Software (something I haven't heard of before. Your suggestions and ideas are welcome. Why is it necessary that I have to reload all my personal apps developed by me for my use every year when I renew my Developer License? If I quit the program, anyone that bought my apps (if I had any) on the App Store would not lose the use of those apps. It should be the same for the apps I put on my devices when I am enrolled.

After several years' lapse, I am coming back into app development for iPhone. Here's what I did: Renewed my membership to Apple developer I created a wildcard identifier, "me.joymaker.*" I created a certificate Using Xcode, I introduced my newest iPhone (a 12 mini) to Apple developer. Unlike my older models, this one has a UDID with a hyphen in it. To get it to take the UDID I had to remove the-and then paste the remaining continuous number into the field. But then it accepted it, and showed it back to me complete with hyphen. I created a development provisioning profile using that certificate and ID, checking the box that said "Select all", so that every device registered to my account was included. Using Xcode, I tried to upload the provisioning profile to the phone. OOPS. Xcode replies, "Failed to install one or more provisioning profiles on the device. Please ensure the provisioning profile is configured for this device." Yes, I am very that it was! There was an older identifier in the account, left over from years ago, named "XCode: Wildcard AppID", with an identifier of simply '*'. I tried building a provisioning profile with that one. Same results. Now what? How to diagnose, how to pursue this? BTW, although XCode sees this phone without difficulty, Music and Finder don’t. Relevant?? See this question for more details.

I created a developer account in one country and it was active for few years, now it has expired and I have moved to another country. When I want to change the address under "Membership details > Update your information +" it redirects me to a page and I see the following message Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement. So I thought may be I should just go and renew the account, but on the payment page there's no option to change country there as well, which is required as I don't have a card from my previous country. It is an individual account. Is there any hope I can resurrect my account?

Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't. I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it. I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was "denied." I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week. I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.
