I applied for an Apple Developer Organization account more than two weeks ago, but I have not received any further information regarding the registration process. Apple previously requested some supporting documents, which I submitted as instructed. I have also followed up, but have yet to receive a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?

Hi Everyone, I have signed up and paid (it has come off my Credit Card) for Apple Developer last Thursday and my account has been stuck on: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I have emailed them and have not received a reply. I want to give them a call but they are also not available for calls either. I have looked to see if the reason they are being slow is because of the Christmas/New Year period but couldn't find any information. What can I do? Thanks

Hi everyone, I made a mistake when submitting my first app and accidentally set my developer name as the app name instead of my business name. Now all my apps show the wrong developer name on the App Store. Apple support said it can't be changed after the first app, but I've seen some posts mentioning people got it changed through support. Has anyone successfully changed their developer name after initial setup? Is closing the account and starting fresh the only real option? Really don't want to lose my app's reviews and ratings. Hello, I’m hoping someone from the community can give me some guidance. I submitted payment for my Developer Program enrollment on May 19. I began following up with support on May 21 and stayed in contact until May 27, during which I received messages saying the order was under review and that I should not retry the payment until the review was complete. Since then, I haven’t received any updates, despite repeated follow-ups. I’ve asked about the status, whether the payment failed, and whether any corrections are needed, but I haven’t received any reply. At this point, I’m not sure: If anyone else has faced this kind of delay or silence? Whether I should just retry the payment? If the problem could be caused by using a company credit card under a different name than mine? Whether I will be contacted even if the order is canceled? The lack of communication is really blocking my work. I’d appreciate any advice from others who’ve gone through this or guidance from someone at Apple who can escalate the case. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already: • Set my Apple ID region to the United States • Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address • Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States • Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE. Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a hidden cache, setting, or workaround to get the Developer Program to recognize the U.S. region correctly? Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi, My admin account is locked and I have only one admin role account so that I can not maintain my applications that is published also I can not give permissions other developer account as admin role. I send mail and contact apple developer account support but no-one is helped me and they didnt answer me why my account is locked!!!. They didn't give me any support and help to retake my admin account and didn't reset my password although I sent my all documentation about my company. I am waiting for 15 days to solve this problem and distribute new release my application versions. So how can I recover my admin account ? Does anybody have any suggestion? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Hi. For over 1.5 months, I am trying to opt in apple developer program for my company. Couple of times, I got informed that I have missing documents like shown below. • Applicant’s employment verification • Applicant’s employee badge or business card • Business documents for COMPANY_NAME I have provided employment verification and business documents, but I don't have any employee badge or business card so instead, I've provided my own id card's photo. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding capturing snapshots of a WKWebView in the upload extension without adding it to a visible view hierarchy. From my understanding, calling takeSnapshot(with:) on a WKWebView that is not added to the view hierarchy generally works for simple web pages. However, when it comes to more complex web content — such as animations or WebGL — the snapshot returns a blank or static image. I believe this is because rendering such content requires access to the GPU, which is not fully available when the web view is off-screen. That said, I’ve observed that certain apps are able to capture live animated web content inside their broadcast upload extensions, even when the main app is terminated. This suggests that the snapshot is not being generated by the main app or from a remote server — especially since the network activity confirms the content is served locally (via localhost or local IP). Given this, I believe there must be a way to achieve GPU-accelerated rendering for WKWebView directly within the upload extension context, without attaching it to the app's UI. Unfortunately, for the past two months I've been trying to migrate to a company account. The banking updates are stuck processing with this error message: Apple Developer support tossed me around between 6 or 7 different representatives, each restarting the process of trying to figure out the problem, contacting the engineering team back and forth, and even remote controlling my screen to try and solve it, to no avail. None of them know what is the issue. What do I do?

I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing. My situation: Applied over 20 days ago Resubmitted application once Zero communication from Apple No status updates or timeline provided This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants. Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved? I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size.
