Hello, I would like to cancel my Apple Developer subscription but I don't see any option on the developer dashboard to cancel it. I tried getting in touch with the support on call but they left me on hold for over 15 minutes and nothing post that. What's the way to cancel my subscription? I do not want to be charged for a renewal.

My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts... everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month. The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting... I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis . oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding... I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.

I am seeking clarification on recurringPaymentRequestwith Apple Pay. I am using the Apple Pay JS API to make a recurring payment request. My Payment processor is Authorize.net. The initial payment processes fine via the token. My question is, how can my web application process the subsequent payment? Authorize.net doesn't allow me to set up an ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) profile for Apple Pay tokens, unlike Credit Cards. How would I go about obtaining another token for the customer? I cannot find good documentation on the recurring billing setup with Apple Pay and Authorize.net anywhere. For iPhones 16 and below, orientation is applied in UIImage or CIImage, but not for iPhone 17. The camera is front-facing, and it uses Vision to capture facial images. Thanks for your help.

I'm getting an error after clicking on a TestFlight Beta version invite from email. The error says The Apple Account you're currently signed in with, ****@outlook.com, doesn't match the one associated to this invitation. The invitation was sent to the email that I use to sign into my Apple account (it is my apple id) and I am signed into my iphone with that account. What can I do to get the invite to match up and go through with TestFlight?

So I just managed to build one app for personal use that I want to use daily in my iphone. However, once installed in my device through XCode, after one week the application is no longer available. I'm aware about the one week trial for free users and one year for a paid account, but... for real? Isn't there an alternative? And if not... does it means that in order to use my app for let's say 5 years I will have to pay 500$? Is just a bit crazy to think about it but I did look on the internet and did not found a clear information about how this works. Thank you in advance :)

Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday afternoon, November 11th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Hi, I paid for the developer program membership more than 2 days ago. Nothing is happening, though. I wrote to support twice, but nothing as well. What's going on? I read few posts here and it seems like a normal thing.

Each year I get my renewal email from Apple, however, since 2019 (yes, this is the 4th year in a row) I've been unable to renew due to this infamous "Please enter fewer characters" error message. Each time I've had to open a support case, talk to someone on the phone, they take all of my details along with screenshots, etc. and manually renew my subscription. Once they've charged my card I never hear from them again and issue never gets resolved. IDK if any Apple Dev Support folks actually use this forum but this is ridiculous.

Hello everyone, I recently contacted Apple Developer Support regarding access to an older iOS beta build (specifically iOS 26.0 Developer Beta 1, build 23A5260u for iPhone 15 Pro). Developer Support confirmed that they can’t provide access to previous betas and advised me to bring the question here. My question: Is there any official or supported method for developers to reinstall or access older, unsigned beta builds for the purpose of testing compatibility or debugging legacy features? Hello, I am inviting the users to access our Apple Developer Program as the owner of an account. However when the invited users try to sign-up, they get error as : "Your primary email address cannot end in @domain.com. Choose a different email address" How to resolve this ?

My app worked correctly using iOS 18. I tried to down grade back to iOS 18, but there are no signed ipsw file available. How can I down grade my iphone back to iOS 18?

My app has been "In Progress" for over a day. It's release date and these absurd behaviours are happening. Hasn't Apple been able to fix this? We're approaching 2025 with issues that have been happening since 2023. Are these guys serious or they just ignore these issues?

I‘ve been linking my userids in the backend using the server notifications when users subscribe successfully using appAccountToken. Now i’m introducing an offer code redemption in my app using presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet. But i dont see a way to pass my user id for the app token any solution or workaround? Thanks

I tried twice to enroll on the Apple developer program and on both occasions, my order was cancelled after it was initially marked as completed. I have sent tried to engage the support team but no response from them. I will appreciate any suggestions that i can use to get this resolved. Thank you.
