I paid for the Apple Developer Program enrollment, but it still hasn't been confirmed. I've been waiting for almost two weeks..
My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. However, I still haven’t received any further updates, and my enrollment is pending. This delay is becoming critical. Initial Case ID: 102566848930

Bluetooth issues - iOS 18.4 beta and before
Bluetooth connection is very buggy since updating to iOS 18.4. Beta X (with all betas) Airpods Pro 2 most of the time don't connect directly with my Iphone 15 Max. I have to disable bluetooth and then the connection works find. This issue ist not only with my Airpods, but also with the car, ... Very annoyinig. I reset the network settings. But this didn't help. Any suggestion how to fix this? I hear from quite a few people that they have bluetooth issues with iOS 18.X. Hope Apple fixes this soon.

Notice of Termination
Dear Apple Support Team, I am Tianwei Yue. I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violations of certain terms. We are both surprised and deeply anxious about this decision. Firstly, the email mentioned that if we wish to file an official complaint under the applicable Platform Regulation, we could contact you via “Contact Us”. However, when I logged in with my account and clicked the “Contact Us” link, the system responded with “You’re not eligible to make this request.” We would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit an official complaint or if there is an alternative way to reach out for assistance. Secondly, I would like to emphasize that the “mathos ai” application operated under this account currently has over 3 million active users. Our application has consistently maintained a high user rating of 4.6 and a record of excellent service. The immediate deletion of our account has rendered the service inaccessible to a large number of customers who use Apple products, severely impacting their experience. We believe that this decision does not align with the shared values of customer care that both Apple and we have always upheld. We have always been proactive in handling user accounts, refunds, and payment issues, and we continuously strive to provide high-quality service to our users. Consequently, we are puzzled by the reason for the account suspension and believe that there might be some misunderstanding or miscommunication. We sincerely hope to connect with the relevant Apple personnel to understand the issue in detail and provide any necessary additional information to resolve any concerns and restore our service. Random issues can not create developer accounts
I can't create a developer account. Payment Issue for Apple Developer Business Account
Dear Apple Developer Support Team, I am reaching out regarding an issue with completing the $99 payment for my Apple Developer Business account, which has already been verified. Despite several attempts, the payment process has not been successful. Here is a summary of my attempts: I tried making the payment using local bank cards from Sri Lankan banks (BOC, HNB, and Commercial Bank), but these were declined. Following your advice from my support ticket, I attempted payment using a foreign card while in Sri Lanka, but this also failed. Assuming the issue might be related to my location, I asked a friend in the UK to make the payment using her card. The transaction was processed successfully, but it has now been four days with no updates or progress. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. LONG PROGRAM ENROLLMENT PROCESS
I've been trying to enroll my account in a paid Apple Developer Program. I've attempted this for the third time, and the billing is in process according to the bank, yet it has been more than 48 hours and still no response. Even through Apple Support, I have not received a response to my inquiry. Please advise.

I got charged the annual developer renewal fee twice, then my account got suspended
So I got charged the annual developer fee on December 2024, and then again this February 2025. Worse, a few days after getting charged twice, I received an email from Apple saying my developer account subscription has been suspended due to failure in paying the annual fee. I already submitted a support ticket to Apple, but I haven't gotten a response yet. Is there something else I can do? Would appreaciate any help. Thanks!

Enrollment Delay After Completing the Purchase
I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team what should I do?
