I want to create a verified Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile for Apple devices. As we are developing a solution to manage customer-owned Apple devices by remotely installing and managing an MDM configuration profile (both supervised and unsupervised way). Any documentation, enrollment prerequisites (such as Apple Business Manager or Developer Enterprise Program), and support you can provide in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations. Below are the issues we are facing if anybody knows how to solve it: Account was deprecated We managed to access the developer website, also the appstoreconnect website, but so far all apps are not yet available in the store. I have been invited to teams I can navigate things at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ smoothly. But https://developer.apple.com/account does not show teams and don't have access to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/. Thus my Xcode not showing teams too.

I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? I am now on Day 5 of waiting for our Apple Developer Program approval, and despite multiple attempts to get an update, I have received no meaningful response from Apple. I have: ✅ Successfully paid membership fee and received invoice for same ✅ Reached out via support tickets, but got 0 replies. This delay is unreasonable and impacting my work. I am prepared to launch a critical app that aligns with Apple’s ecosystem and guidelines, but Apple’s lack of communication is preventing me from moving forward. After lot of hard work and resources I have completed app development and set up other processes for marketing. I demand a real update from an Apple Developer Program representative today. • Not silence. • A direct response with a timeline for approval. Apple claims to support developers, but these excessive delays and lack of transparency tell a different story. If there is a legitimate issue, I expect clear communication. I’m very new to mobile app development but not new to application development in general. I’m close to completing my first app and really excited to get things moving along and then hit a major roadblock and am at my wits end with this. I currently have a free account and have been testing on my own phone. I’m ready to move to TestFlight so went to enroll in the paid program and it just says can’t do so at this time. I sent support an email and they said it’s because they can’t identify me. I called and they told me the same thing and that there is literally nothing that can be done. I tried to create a new Apple ID and figured I’d just use it for the dev work I want to do but I can’t even create a new ID. I did have Family Sharing setup with myself as the organize and removed myself from that to ensure nothing was preventing identification. Still nothing. I can’t possibly be the only one that has gone through this. Frustrated is an understatement and getting this app out was really going to be such a big deal for me. So disappointed. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am currently developing a game streaming application using ReplayKit and Broadcast Upload Extension. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding capturing snapshots of a WKWebView in the upload extension without adding it to a visible view hierarchy. From my understanding, calling takeSnapshot(with:) on a WKWebView that is not added to the view hierarchy generally works for simple web pages. However, when it comes to more complex web content — such as animations or WebGL — the snapshot returns a blank or static image. I believe this is because rendering such content requires access to the GPU, which is not fully available when the web view is off-screen. That said, I’ve observed that certain apps are able to capture live animated web content inside their broadcast upload extensions, even when the main app is terminated. This suggests that the snapshot is not being generated by the main app or from a remote server — especially since the network activity confirms the content is served locally (via localhost or local IP). Given this, I believe there must be a way to achieve GPU-accelerated rendering for WKWebView directly within the upload extension context, without attaching it to the app's UI. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, APIs, or recommended techniques that could help me achieve this behavior correctly and within system limitations. Thank you in advance for your support. Bluetooth connection is very buggy since updating to iOS 18.4. Beta X (with all betas) Airpods Pro 2 most of the time don't connect directly with my Iphone 15 Max. I have to disable bluetooth and then the connection works find. This issue ist not only with my Airpods, but also with the car, ... Very annoyinig. I reset the network settings. But this didn't help. Any suggestion how to fix this? I hear from quite a few people that they have bluetooth issues with iOS 18.X. Hope Apple fixes this soon.

I'm facing an issue with revoking an iOS Development certificate in the Apple Developer Console. The certificate is in "Pending Approval" status, and when I attempt to revoke it, I receive the following error: "The specified resource does not exist. There is no certificate with ID 'XXXXXXXXX' on this team." Despite this error, the certificate still appears in my list, and the only available action remains "Revoke." Steps I've tried so far: Refreshed the page and cleared the browser cache Logged out and back into my Developer account Tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Checked Xcode > Preferences > Accounts for certificate status Contacting Apple Support (Not response since over 3 weeks) Additional Info: The certificate type is iOS Development, not Distribution. The status has been "Pending Approval" since creation.

I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team what should I do?

This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation: We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases. We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card. I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so. Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps. And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

Hi I am a new self taught developer who is atm working on the backend of my app. My app successfully collects location of users and stores it to cloudkits public database. I now want to write a python script and run it on a local server on my windows terminal which fetches users who are in a certain proximity to each other so i can trigger a flow on the app. Can someone first of all tell me if this is even possible the way im attempting it. Also atm all i am doing is generating a server to server key which makes me generate a public and private key and i use the private key file eckey.pem plus key id plus container plus team ID to query the required data. but when i run it i get a 401 error (no authorization). I am so stumped as there arent many resources available to help direct me to the right path. Can someone please offer some help/insight/confidence. thanks alot

Hi! I completed the enrollment for my company on April 22, 2024. And since then we have successfully placed our application in the Store and continue to work on it. On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! It is not clear what to do in such a situation?! I will be grateful for any help!

In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed". But in the main page it says Purchase your membership. continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

Hi, My admin account is locked and I have only one admin role account so that I can not maintain my applications that is published also I can not give permissions other developer account as admin role. I send mail and contact apple developer account support but no-one is helped me and they didnt answer me why my account is locked!!!. They didn't give me any support and help to retake my admin account and didn't reset my password although I sent my all documentation about my company. I am waiting for 15 days to solve this problem and distribute new release my application versions. So how can I recover my admin account ? Does anybody have any suggestion?
