I'm reaching out because I've been stuck in enrollment limbo for over a week and Apple support hasn't responded.
My situation:
Applied for Apple Developer Program
Received email saying my enrollment is on hold because my name "fully or partially matches" someone on the U.S. consolidated screening list
Verified my identity via the upload portal on December 30, 2025 (submitted passport)
Sent follow-up email confirming document submission
Checked the screening list at legacy.export.gov/csl-search - my name is NOT listed
I've received no response, no confirmation of document receipt, and no timeline for resolution.
Has anyone else experienced this false positive situation? How long did it take to resolve? Any tips for getting a response from Apple Developer Relations?
This is blocking my app development work and I'd appreciate any advice from the community.

I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I am unable to complete the payment and account creation process despite trying multiple times and following all recommended steps.
Please note that I am attempting to complete this purchase from Turkey.
Below is a detailed list of everything I have tried so far:
I tried using different web browsers (Opera, Google Chrome).
I tried multiple different debit cards.
I also tried using a credit card.
I created a brand new Apple ID and attempted enrollment with it.
I tried both Gmail-based Apple ID and iCloud-based Apple ID.
I attempted to enroll via the Apple Developer app on an iPhone 11.
All my card details are correct, and domestic & international transactions are enabled.
My address information is correct. I tried both Turkish characters and English characters.
I also tried using a VPN, but the issue still persists.
Despite all of these attempts, I am still unable to purchase the Apple Developer Program membership.
I have contacted support before regarding this issue, but unfortunately I did not receive any helpful resolution.
I was informed that in similar cases, the Developer Support team may request identity verification or additional documentation, and that these steps can be handled directly through this support channel if required. I am fully willing to provide any requested documents to complete the enrollment process.
I explicitly request that this issue be resolved through written communication only, directly via this support channel.
This issue is currently blocking me from continuing my development work and publishing my applications. I kindly request that this case be investigated and that I receive direct assistance to resolve the enrollment and payment problem.

My apple account region was set to US. I am not in US and don't have an American phone number.
When I first tried to enroll with non-American number and Region set to US, I got an error.
I have changed my region after that and when I am trying to change the details, I am landing on "Select your entity type." page and not on the page where I have to input my details.
Contacted support and no answer. Can anyone advise what to do?

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Developer Program.
Yesterday, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and entered my Visa card details. However, later that night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment was charged but failed because my balance was insufficient. After that, I added funds to my bank account, withdrew/canceled my previous enrollment, and then enrolled again using the same Visa card.
After re-enrolling, I received a notification from my bank and an email confirming that the payment was successful, with the order ID: “We're processing your order – D00****”
However, when I try to track the order by clicking the link in the email or checking the order status, it shows the following message:
Something went wrong.
There was a problem with your request. Please try again.
Could you please explain why this issue is happening and help me check the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment?

I've been waiting over 2 months to get our nonprofit application approved under the Apple Developer program and every time I call the Support team, they have no updates for me and cannot give me any helpful feedback.
Is this normal? Is there any reason why it could be taking months to approve? Has anyone been through a similar experience?

I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available.
Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...
I submitted a request to change the name on my developer account to my business name on November 29th. I did this because I don't want my personal info to be shown in the EU trader contact info. I submitted all required documents and the duns number on December 4th and the page said I would hear a response in two days. I have put in over three dev support requests and have yet to hear back from Apple in over one month now. The only way I could get a hold of someone was to reply to a very old email thread and they said it's not their department and I'll have to continue to wait.
This is absolutely bizarre and unprofessional from Apple. Will I be compensated extra time on my dev subscription for having my account locked for over a month? This has delayed my app development because I am not able to sign any app bundles and I can't even use the sim because my team id must be changed because Google sign in doesn't recognize the team id anymore.
This is ridiculous.

Hello,
My Apple Developer Program membership is marked as expired, but I am unable to renew it.
The Renew option does not appear in the Apple Developer app or on the website.
Both Free Apps Agreement and Paid Apps Agreement are expired.
I am the Account Holder of the account.
I have already submitted multiple support requests through the Apple Developer Support website under “Program Purchase and Renewal”, but I haven’t received any response so far. This issue has been ongoing for more than 20 days and is blocking access to my apps and agreements.
Could an Apple Developer team member please look into this or advise how to proceed when the Renew option is missing?

Hello @apple,
I am trying to enroll to the developer program as an individual. However I am having issues. I am a Canadian who recently moved to Spain.
My appleID region was set to Spain so the system didn’t let me verify my ID with my Canadian drivers license.
The support advised me to change the region to Canada, which I did and it seems that my ID was accepted for verification. However now the “enroll now” is greyed out and I didn’t get any update. It says the account cannot enroll.
I don’t know why and how to resolve this issue. I haven’t heard anything from support and it has been five days now.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I've been having big trouble with my app. I submited it for review, but apple said to me that I uploaded an in-app purchase product that have not been submitted to review, but the problem is that i only submitted suscriptions (i don't have the other type).

I am facing a serious issue with Apple Developer enrollment that has been ongoing for almost 3 months, and I am trying to understand whether this is normal and how others have actually resolved similar situations.

I started enrolling a Corporate Apple Developer (Organization) account for a UK-registered company (all details are valid: company registration, tax numbers, physical address).
Almost all steps are completed, but I am completely blocked at the payment stage.
At first, I received generic errors; later, all payment methods started being declined. I tried 5–6 different cards from different banks and different countries. PayPal is not available to me.
I contacted Apple Developer Support, but the conversation turned into a closed loop. The responses are always the same: “try using the app”, without any real assistance.
The process looked like this:
At first, the required steps and features were not available in the app.
Later, those steps appeared, but payment still did not go through.
Then my documents started getting rejected.
Now my documents are not accepted at all because I am not a UK resident, even though I am enrolling a corporate account for a UK company and providing the company’s details.
I am constantly passed from one support agent to another, and each new agent suggests doing exactly the same as the previous one: “try the app again,” reset the process, and start over. There is absolutely no real progress.
Support has now been silent for 12 days. The last response was on December 24, and since then there has been complete silence. At this point, it feels like I have gone through all possible loops without getting any closer to a solution. This situation is directly blocking the company’s operations at the moment.
Has anyone experienced something similar with corporate enrollment, payment, and document verification?
What actually helped — opening a new case, escalation, a different support channel, or specific wording?
Can anyone influence support in such situations? Because this feels like total disregard and devaluation of the developer.

I created a new Apple Developer test account on December 22 and then purchased the Apple Developer Program membership using that account. The payment appears to have gone through, but my enrollment status is still showing as “Pending”.
Could someone clarify what typically causes an enrollment to remain pending and what I should check next?
Is additional identity or organization verification required in some cases?
Are there common issues that delay the review (account details, payment verification, missing agreements, etc.)?

Its been more than a week and my account is still in the same status as my developer account membership purchase is still pending
This is frustrating for a developer to loose so many days spending so much of a premium just to get registered and even then facing this descrimination.
For an Organisation of this scale, i think this will not look good.
You take the time to scrutinise the developer but do not take his time, effort and their money. give a realistic timeline and not this far, which is not a good practice

New developer here. I am unable to enroll. I keep getting the same error for weeks now - We are unable to process your reques. An unknown error occurred.
Neither am I getting a call-back from Apple Developer Support. What are my options? How should I get enrolled?

I paid the fee to become a Developer through the app, but then I received the error "enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available." Should I wait, or do I need to do anything? There's an option to register again on the site, but I've already paid the fee.
For some reason, when I want to view my API keys or create new ones in the integrations tab of users and access, when I click on integrations, I am quickly redirected to the home page of app store connect. I've tried a lot of times but the same issue keeps on happening. My role is Admin, so permissions shouldn't be an issue
Does anyone know why this is occuring?

I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program and the annual fee was successfully charged from my card, however my membership status is still showing as Pending and has not been activated yet.
This is my second message regarding this issue, and unfortunately there has been no progress or response so far.
I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and Apple Store Support, and I also attempted to request a refund since the account is still pending and not activated, but I have not received any response at all.
This is my first experience with the Apple Developer Program, and honestly it has been very disappointing, especially considering that the payment was taken successfully but the service has not been provided.
I would appreciate clear guidance on:
• Why the membership is still pending after the fee was charged
• Whether the account will be activated or the payment refunded
