We want to add a Book button to our customer Apple Maps annotation and need a business account for this.
We previously purchased the developer account using a Google email. Now, Apple Business Connect requires moving it to an email under our company domain.
We've tried several times, submitted all required data (domain verified, with verification evidence), but we've been stuck on this step for about 8 months.
Does anyone know how to reach a support agent to discuss and resolve this issue?
Our company is in Greece.

I'm at my wit's end with Apple's ridiculous timeframes! They promise 2 days but then completely ghost you for weeks. Here I am, literally trying to give them my money and get things moving, but it's like hitting a brick wall over and over. I've tried everything - even set up a whole separate account - and what do I get? Just more 'pending' status. No updates, no explanations, just endless waiting. How is it possible for a trillion-dollar company to make something as simple as accepting payment so infuriatingly difficult?

I tried to create an Apple Developer Account, but after filling in information (Name, Lastname, Address, and other information)
→ I accepted “This is a legal agreement between your organization and Apple.”
→ After, I got an error:
“We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred.”
I created ticket “102795742760” on January 7, 2026, but I am still waiting for a response, despite waiting for 2 business days.
Could you help me with this problem?

I have been trying to contact the support for a few months now because I am getting blocked from enrollment to the developer program without any kind of justification. In the beginning I was getting generic replies via mail, but recently I stopped receiving replies altogether.

Hello everyone,
I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple.
Note: I am located in France.
I have tried multiple times. The support team, via email, suggested I use the Apple Developer app. However, it is "not available in my region," so I have to go through the website.
No other payment method is available: Apple Pay is greyed out, and there is nothing else.
Support has not responded for weeks, despite my follow-ups. I am very frustrated as I need to launch my app quickly, and everything is ready on the Google side...

I kindly request your assistance! The review process for the developer account I applied for on behalf of my organization has been stalled for a full 10 weeks, with no progress to date! How can I resolve this? My registration ID is FN5ZS6B562. On October 27, 2025, I received an email from the Apple Developer Support team requesting that I submit registration materials via https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/. I completed the submission as required and received a confirmation email from the Apple Developer Relations team on October 30, acknowledging receipt of my documents and stating that they would proceed with the review as soon as possible. However, since then, the status of my organization's developer account has remained "Under Review," with no updates to this day. I have contacted Apple Support multiple times via phone and email but have yet to receive effective feedback or see any progress on the issue. Now, 73 days have passed—that's 10 full workweeks—far exceeding the normal review cycle. I sincerely hope the engineers of the Apple Developer team can see my plea for help and assist me! Thank you all so much in advance!

I've been trying to enroll as a developer but keep running into an "unknown error". I've even tried having the dev team call me and sending an email through the support portal but keep getting the message that my request cannot be processed. I've been trying to login to my account for over a week now. All the time I am getting an error "Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last code you received or try again later.". I cannot contact developer support because that also requires login. There is zero help whatsoever. I don't know what to do anymore. Anyone experienced same issue? Last verification code I received was December 30. Since then my account is basically locked.

Hello,
I’m looking for guidance from an Apple Developer moderator or admin.
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program using my personal Apple ID and completed the enrollment process, including payment of the £79 membership fee (UK). The payment was successful.
However, my membership status has remained “Pending” Since 6th Jan when it said it can take up to 48hrs, I’m still unable to access App Store Connect.
I’ve already submitted a request through the Developer Program → Enrollment → Account & Membership contact form, but I haven’t yet received a response.
Could someone please advise if this has happened to them / how long it can take?

I just tried to renew my APP, and it confirmed via email that it is renewed. But, also says that it needs to be reviewed. Seems like alot of people are having this issue. I have a pilot study on Monday which requires users to use the app, so I placed an expedited review request, and the system is saying I don't have an APP in the review stage. App is no longer on the App Store. Please advise!
Hello, i had in 2023 active apple developer license and i created alpha version of my app, when test was concluded i didnt renew my subscription because i started to create my company.
Fast forwarding 2 years i have company now and company has now apple developer license, i wanted to create app identifier and i found out that its taken and then i realized i left that app id on my personal account. So because of that i cannot create app id on company account. I contacted apple developer support on tuesday and didnt get any answer back. I Thought i did wrong topic, so i made another on wednesday and still nothing, replied to the 2nd case and nothing.
I was simply asking to either transfer the app id to company account or remove it, so i can create it again on company account.
Can someone tell me what i can do next to resolve it?
I dont want to pay $100 just to remove app identifier. Application on my personal profile was never in AppStore, it only reached TestFlight.

After I add all my billing details and card numbers and click proceed, it shows a page with Thankyou note but after i logout and re- login it shows me to complete my purchase and takes me to the same cycle of re-entering all details
And also to it, even after 48hrs also there have been no followups or anything not knowing if apple ever received my requests

Hello developers and the support teeam,
I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available.
Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...

Its been well over 2 weeks I applied for the small business program ( Apple takes 15% instead of 30% when < $1M in sales ) and I still did not receive any response.
Is it normal or should I contact them ?

I registered in the mobile app and paid $98.99. Now when I log into the web app to check my status I see this:
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a purchase acknowledgement and a membership confirmation email. Am I going to be charged the $99 when I click the purchase button? Will I be charged twice?
