Does anyone know if App Store Connect (or any subset of Apple's toolsuite) has publicly available SOC 2 report?
Or if there's a relevant email we can request that from. I tried security-certifications emails and got no response so it seems decently hard to find (didn't see on any searches/with aid of GPT).
Thanks!

Apple Developer Program
Hello ,
I need some help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment.
I purchased the Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time).
The payment was successfully processed by my bank, and I also received the official Apple Store receipt email confirming the purchase.
However, my Developer account still shows:
• “Purchase your membership”
• “Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.”
• Enrollment status: Pending
• App Store Connect still not accessible
It has now been more than 5 days, and the enrollment has not been activated.
Here are the details:
• Region: Turkey
• Payment amount: 1029 TRY (local pricing for the Developer Program)
• Payment status: Completed / Posted (not pending)
• Case ID with Apple Support: 102769533427
• I have already opened a support case, but there has been no resolution yet.
I would appreciate any guidance from others who experienced similar issues.
Is this a known delay for Turkey-based accounts, or does it usually require manual activation by Apple Support?
Any suggestions or insights would be very helpful.
Thank you!

Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app.
Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta.
As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately.
My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.
We applied for the Apple Developer Program on April 28, and our enrollment has been stuck in review since then — over three weeks now. We have already submitted all required documents, including:
Turkish National ID and Passport
Estonian e-Residency Card
Company registration documents from the Estonian e-Business Register
D-U-N-S number
VAT and Registry information
Detailed explanations as a sole founder and legal representative
Enrollment Case number is 102586593909
We even had a follow-up phone call with Apple Developer Support (Case ID: 102589592062) and were told the submitted documents should be sufficient. I also followed all upload instructions and confirmed that the files were delivered successfully.
Despite all this, we haven’t received any updates, timelines, or specific feedback on what’s missing — if anything at all.
✅ Meanwhile, we’ve completed similar business verification processes with Google, Meta, and Stripe within 48 hours.
We’re trying to launch our app under an officially registered business (Mobisense OÜ), and this delay is affecting our go-to-market timeline and business operations.
🔹 Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay recently?
🔹 Is there a reliable way to escalate or request an actual review update?
Apple, please review this case and help move the process forward.
Thank you.

So far, we have been using Google Maps to determine distance along a certain route for a MacOS app to register kilometers for a business administration app. But, this is no longer possible, as the login for google maps no longer works. I understand we would have to pay to continue using the Google Maps service as it was and we would have to make changes to the app. That would be ok, but I was just wondering does any developer on this forum have suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Or even maybe have suggestions, to make this work better than before. Three suggestions by chatgpt: use ANWB route planner using google maps, Pro6pp, or to useWisp.Software (something I haven't heard of before. Your suggestions and ideas are welcome. Also, if the Apple Developer team knows of a way how to do this in your app, your advice is more than welcome. Have a nice day!

I'm trying to make my own MDM server and I'm having trouble allowing nginx to proxy the connection. The web app I'm making can accept http requests so I require nginx. I'm using a certificate from letsencrypt.
Every time I try to enroll a phone it instantly rejects at nginx. I have tried multiple cipher options in nginx.
I found the following link and my cert supports all except the DHE ones but they say you only need 1.

What else can I do?

I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt.
The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?

Initially, I had some issues enrolling in the individual Apple developer program. Then, I contacted support via email, and they finally requested that I verify my identity. I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

This typo appears in a two docs I can find. Is there a better way to notify Apple about this, than making a post here>

Also appears in some legacy docs, but that probably matters less: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/LegacyTechnologies/WebObjects/WebObjects_4.0/System/Library/Frameworks/EOControl.framework/Resources/English.lproj/Documentation/Reference/Java/EOControl.Java.pdf

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but every time I scan my ID, I get this error:
“Unable to Send Information – Your information could not be sent due to a connection error.”
I’ve tried different networks, devices, and browsers. I also asked several friends—both inside and outside the country—to try, and they all faced the same issue.
I contacted Apple Developer Support, but the experience was frustrating:
• Long wait times on the phone
• No real solutions beyond basic troubleshooting
• No explanation for the issue—just “Everything looks fine on our end.”
This seems like a widespread issue. Has anyone found a fix? Also, Apple really needs to improve their Developer Support.

Hello Apple Developer Community,
I'm hoping someone can offer advice on a frustrating situation with my company's Developer Program enrollment process.
My timeline:
Initial application: October 2024
Initial follow-up: October 2024
Requested document submission: February 2025
Multiple follow-up emails: February-March 2025
Current status: No response for months
I've been trying to enroll my small startup (LLC) in the Apple Developer Program since October 2024. After initially being asked for documentation, I uploaded everything possible (including company formation documents).
Despite multiple follow-up emails over several months, I've received no updates on my application status or confirmation that my documents were even received.
My case number is 102426005487 (sharing in case Apple Support monitors these forums) but as I've followed up several times, there may be more different case numbers.
Has anyone experienced similar delays or have suggestions on how to get actual human attention on this issue? I've tried emailing to devprograms multiple times without success.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Hello Apple Developer Community,
We’ve been attempting to pay the Apple Developer Program enrollment fee for several weeks. Despite trying multiple browsers, credit cards, and devices, the payment consistently fails to process.
We also receive an error when trying to add a card to our profile. We've contacted support multiple times and have been assigned case number 102708816548, but the issue remains unresolved.
Additionally, we’ve been unable to submit a support request via developer.apple.com/support — the site either fails to load the form or does not allow us to proceed with a phone or email request. This has made it extremely difficult to escalate the issue through official channels.
We are a verified business and have followed all instructions provided by support. We’re now seeking help through the forums in hopes of escalating this issue or connecting with someone who has resolved a similar problem.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program through the web, but I am encountering an issue. When I click "Enroll," I receive the following message:
"Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
Hello all. I am currently working on a bug that has recently grown due to the beta release of iOS 18.4. I am unable to reproduce the crash at the moment; however, given that the bug is mostly exclusive to 18.4, I was wondering if this is a known issue or one specific to my app?
App crashes on the main thread with EXC_BREAKPOINT.
Below is the truncated stack trace before the crash:
0x000000018fff6044 (CoreText + 0x00069044) TLine::EnumerateCaretOffsets(std::__1::function<void (double, long, bool, bool*)>) const

Aside: I wonder if this has anything to do with some visibly hidden unicode characters.
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some insight or advice regarding the timeline for migrating from an Individual to an Organizational developer account.
My request was initiated on January 11th, making it over three weeks now. The last communication I received from the support team was on January 24th (8 days ago). Despite sending follow-up inquiries to check on the status or if additional documentation is required, I haven’t received any updates since then.
Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? Is there a specific channel or method to escalate this beyond the standard follow-up emails?
Request Started: Jan 11, 2026
Last Contact: Jan 24, 2026

Thanks in advance for any help!

Each year I get my renewal email from Apple, however, since 2019 (yes, this is the 4th year in a row) I've been unable to renew due to this infamous "Please enter fewer characters" error message. Each time I've had to open a support case, talk to someone on the phone, they take all of my details along with screenshots, etc. and manually renew my subscription. Once they've charged my card I never hear from them again and issue never gets resolved.
IDK if any Apple Dev Support folks actually use this forum but this is ridiculous.
Dear apple support,
Our membership is expired in 25 Nov 2025. In my developer page instruct me to access Apple Developer Tools app in iOS and MacOs but all dont have Renew button. I tried to find in my subscriptions in my appstore account and my iPhone settings but no hope. Tried to reached you through support ticket but no response.
Please help me to reactivate it. Thanks and best regards,
