As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required. I have an application that uses WeatherKit for which I use the registered identifier com.[mycompanyname].[myappname] . I'm now developing a second application using WeatherKit, so I need to create a new identifier on https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/add/appId/bundle so that WeatherKit will recognize requests from com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]. (in this post, I'm using "[xxx]" instead of the real strings) When I go to create an identifier for the new app, I get the error message: An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]' is not available. Please enter a different string. Can anybody explain why I can't register the new app name, and how I can fix this?

So I got charged the annual developer fee on December 2024, and then again this February 2025. Worse, a few days after getting charged twice, I received an email from Apple saying my developer account subscription has been suspended due to failure in paying the annual fee. I already submitted a support ticket to Apple, but I haven't gotten a response yet. Is there something else I can do? Would appreaciate any help. Thanks!

I am facing a problem. I have enrolled developer program on 7th may, 25. It says will take 2 days but I haven't received any confirmation. Again I submitted information on 11th February, 25 but still haven't received any email about confirmation or rejection. I tried to contact apple support. They created ticket for me. But haven't received any further information from them. It seems like I am a ghost and apple is not seeing me. Can anyone tell me what is the problem. Thank you

Hello, I recently submitted a successful application for the Apple Developer Program using the Apple Developer app. I can confirm that my subscription is currently active and valid on the App Store. Could you please let me know how long it typically takes for the developer account to be fully activated? Is it acceptable to simply wait for the activation without contacting support? We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

I’m experiencing an issue where Xcode cannot access my Team ID, even though my Apple Developer Program membership appears active and I have paid for it. • When I visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this popup: “Unable to find a team with the given Team ID XXXXXXXXXX to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.” • My Apple ID still shows an active Developer Program membership under System Settings → Media & Purchases. • In App Store Connect, I can still see my Team ID and access my account. This issue was previously resolved via phone support after I was incorrectly locked out. I had paid twice, and was refunded once, but now the issue has returned - and support claims I was refunded twice, which is false (I have proof from my bank). I’ve contacted support multiple times, and my case has been sitting with the operations team for weeks. No explanation. No resolution. Just silence. I paid for a service I’m not receiving. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or found a way to escalate it effectively?

Hi there, Last week i was finally able to get through and purchase my membership for the Apple Developer Program. The problem is, even though I already paid, it keeps saying: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now, Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

Greeting everyone, I have been trying to enroll for apple developer program membership for the past 2 weeks, all efforts prove abortive with same error "I will receive acknowledement" email from Apple but i do not get charged and when I try to contact support they usually do not provide any help and often take long to reply once and take another week for another reply. I have now move the funds equivalent to $99 to my apple account. Please does anyone know how I can go about the enrollment using the funds from my apple account? Does anyone have such experience how did you resolve it? Do you know how i can successfully pay for the program from my bank using my debit card, because my card works easily and instantly for other subscriptions but except the Apple development program Please I will greatly appreciate any help i can get. thanks in advance

All three apps i m able to search with it japanese translation like Teams ->チーム, Instagram->インスタグラム, Facebook ->フェイスブック when device locale in english or japanese.How can i achieve this?.Any suggestion up will be helpful.

Hey everyone, I’m in a really frustrating situation and could use some advice. Apple approved my Developer Program application and asked me to make the payment. I paid using my Wise card, but the payment got stuck in authorization and later timed out, resulting in a refund. I contacted Apple via email, and they advised me to reapply using the iOS Developer app. I did exactly that, but my new application got rejected. When I called support, they told me there’s no appeal process and refused to provide a reason for the rejection. I’ve sent multiple emails, but I haven’t received a single response. I just want to continue with my original application and complete the payment, but I can’t get in touch with anyone who can help. Has anyone experienced something similar? Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands. I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this. how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

Paid on the 28th, I received the Order Acknowledgement email but have not received feedback yet. Can someone please help getting my membership confirmed, how long does it take? Emailed support but not getting any responses
