Hi Everyone,
I have signed up and paid (it has come off my Credit Card) for Apple Developer last Thursday and my account has been stuck on:
"Purchase your membership.
To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now
Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process."
I have emailed them and have not received a reply. I want to give them a call but they are also not available for calls either.
I have looked to see if the reason they are being slow is because of the Christmas/New Year period but couldn't find any information.
What can I do?
Thanks

Hello Apple Developer Support,
I hope this post finds you well. I have several questions regarding the refund process, developer commission, and revenue payout, and I would appreciate your insights on the following:
1/ Refund Process:
When a customer cancels an order, when will Apple process the refund for the developer? How long does it typically take for developers to receive the refunded amount?
2/Developer Commission:
How does the commission for developers work in the event of a refund? Does Apple adjust the commission or deduct any percentage in case of a refund?
3/Refund Notifications:
Is there a notification system that alerts developers when a customer cancels an order and a refund is processed?
4/Revenue Payout:
How long does it take developers to receive the revenue from purchases, and is there a specific payout schedule for this?
5/Commission Percentage for Small Earnings:
If the developer's total earnings are under 1 million VND, what is the commission rate that applies?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

Dear Apple developer team, we use ibeacon to wake up and activate the app for Bluetooth connection in app development, but there are some problems, the problems are as follows:
1, called CLLocationManager startRangingBeaconsInRegion and startMonitoringForRegion, open after iBeacon area detection and ranging. After completely leave iBeacon radio range, locationManager: didExitRegion: callback is not timely. When the screen is on, wait 1 minute for the callback. When the phone is in the state of the screen, it needs to wait for more than 3 minutes, and occasionally wait for more than 10 minutes without callback;
2. Can the success rate of ibeacon approach 100%? How to improve the success rate of ibeacon live wake app?
3. Using ibeacon technology, in what scenarios will the app be pulled alive to wake up during user use?
4. How long can the app process its business after it is woken up?
5. Can ibeacon technology and Bluetooth saving and recovery mechanism be used to greatly improve the probability of activating the app for Bluetooth connection, and can cover various use scenarios of users' lives to awaken the activating app?

Hey, Everyone.
I am new to Apple Developer and want to enroll in the program to publish my app in the AppStore.
I logged into my personal Apple account on the developer app and tried to enroll but I got the error message: "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support."
I click on the contact support button and I explain the situation.
The developer support team gets back to me telling me that I need to turn on "twofactor authentication" I've had this on the entire time, but I check settings and remove it and turn it back on.
After this I tried enrolling again but got the same error message. I've contacted support again explaining the situation but I've not gotten a response yet.
My question is, Has anyone else encountered this problem? and if so, How did you solve it?
Thanks in advance,
Lars A
After several years' lapse, I am coming back into app development for iPhone. Here's what I did:
Renewed my membership to Apple developer
I created a wildcard identifier, "me.joymaker.*"
I created a certificate
Using Xcode, I introduced my newest iPhone (a 12 mini) to Apple developer. Unlike my older models, this one has a UDID with a hyphen in it. To get it to take the UDID I had to remove the-and then paste the remaining continuous number into the field. But then it accepted it, and showed it back to me complete with hyphen.
I created a development provisioning profile using that certificate and ID, checking the box that said "Select all", so that every device registered to my account was included.
Using Xcode, I tried to upload the provisioning profile to the phone.
OOPS. Xcode replies, "Failed to install one or more provisioning profiles on the device. Please ensure the provisioning profile is configured for this device." Yes, I am very that it was!
There was an older identifier in the account, left over from years ago, named "XCode: Wildcard AppID", with an identifier of simply '*'. I tried building a provisioning profile with that one. Same results.
Now what? How to diagnose, how to pursue this?
BTW, although XCode sees this phone without difficulty, Music and Finder don’t. Relevant?? See this question for more details.
Hello, I created my Apple Developer account and it was authorized, but when I went ahead and paid $99, my card was not charged (I've used two different credit cards, all in my name) and I still haven't been successful. Has anyone else experienced the same thing and what would be the best way to resolve this?
NOTE: I receive an email and proof that the purchase was successful, but nothing has changed.
I'm trying to enrol in the apple developer program for the first time. When I sign in and attempt to enrol, it says “Your enrollment could not be completed.” - I am over the Age of 18 in Australia. My account is attached to a family account if that matters, but I am an Adult in the family. As far as I am concerned I have not done anything illegitmate on my account. My AppleID has always paid ontime etc.
Just spoke to someone on the phone at Apple Developer Support. Firstly they were very unfriendly, don't know their name and sounded like they didn't want to be there. I said what my issue was, they had a look at my account and said "It says there is an issue with this apple ID and Support cannot be provided within Apple Developer Program for this AppleID" - I asked if this could be escalated and she audibly sighed and said "No" - I said may I speak to a supervisor - Spoke to the Supervisor and they said they can't help me and it just says We can't provide Apple Developer support to this AppleID and he kept repeating this. - I have not done anything illigetimate on my AppleID as far as I know. He also said can't verify my identity, even though I have never verified my identity.
What do I do?

Hello Apple Developer Community,
I am encountering an issue while trying to pay the $119.99 Apple Developer Program fee through the Apple Developer app. I have linked a prepaid card to my Apple ID, which works perfectly fine for other purchases and subscriptions, but I am unable to complete the payment for the developer fee.
Here are the details of the issue:
Payment Method: Prepaid card connected to my Apple ID.
Amount: $119.99 (Apple Developer Program fee).
Location: Cameroon.
Other Transactions: All other purchases and subscriptions using the same prepaid card have been processed successfully without any issues.
When I attempt to pay for the developer fee, the payment doesn’t go through, and I receive an error message (Payment Failed). I’ve verified that my card has sufficient funds and that the information is correctly entered in my Apple ID account settings.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue, particularly with prepaid cards or payments in Cameroon? Any advice or guidance on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I can't access my approved and verified Apple Developer account on the web and my certificates were revoked.
When I sign in with the correct email and password, I am redirected to a page asking me to enroll in the Developer Program, even though I successfully enrolled and was approved months ago.
Everything with Apple Developer account had been working fine for months, and the iOS App Store app confirms that my Apple Developer Program membership subscription is still active.
And if I click "Enroll Today," it says my Apple ID is already associated with an "account holder of a membership." Additionally, my macOS app certificates have been revoked without any email or explanation, and I cannot create new ones due to this issue.
Also I can access my developer account via iOS and macOS apps normally, but I can't access it on the web to create new certificates.
This I urgent and time sensitive for me, can someone please help?
It's been over a week since I submitted my membership purchase for a developer account. I had to resubmit it today because I believe there might be an issue with the system. I received the acknowledgment email again. Could someone please check my order? I'm looking forward to contributing to the macOS app ecosystem.
I don't even know where I can also check these purchase requests so I can provide you with the IDs I think you can use my apple id tho .

The ESP-Homekit-SDK tool provides the payload. How do we convert it into the actual QR image with the artwork?
We have already checked the handbooks but couldn’t find any tool to generate the QR code with actual artwork. I can only see the "Setup Code Sizing and Placement" guidelines for it.
When I try to cancel it I get "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again". I have since created a new test user from "Users and access", set the renewal for subscriptions to be at 5min. Added the new test user on my iPad where I am developing locally as a sandbox account, and then purchased the same subscription. And same problem happened - I can't cancel it from Apple ID -> Subscriptions. Getting the very same error. Also the subscription there seems to renew on a daily base and not on every 5 minute as I have set it. If I try "Clear purchase history" from the "Users and Access" from AppStore connect - nothing happens, I still see the subscription and I can't purchase it again.
Please advise how to proceed in this situation. This happens on iOS 15.5 if it does matter and I am using StoreKit2.
Regards,
Al

I am absolutely shocked and frustrated by the way the Apple Developer Program operates. My team and I recently attempted to launch two completely unique applications through the platform: Goal Hero and Redsport App. Both apps were thoroughly reviewed by our team lead during a code review to ensure they met all the required standards.
However, despite all our efforts, Apple repeatedly rejected our submissions without providing clear, actionable feedback. After multiple attempts to communicate and understand the issues, Apple has now banned our developer account entirely and hasn’t responded to any of my inquiries for over a month.
We are a legitimate game development studio working under the name Betonred. We’ve always adhered to ethical practices and were excited to expand our business on the App Store after years of success on Google Play. This experience has left us questioning Apple’s commitment to supporting developers, especially smaller teams trying to grow.
Honestly, at this point, I am considering restructuring our entire business model to return to focusing solely on Google Play. Apple’s lack of transparency, poor communication, and seemingly arbitrary decisions have made it nearly impossible to work effectively within this ecosystem.
Has anyone else faced similar issues? What’s the best course of action here? Apple’s system feels completely broken.

I'm receiving this error when attempting to log into my game and authenticating via Firebase and Game Center. I am using Unity to develop my game and have been able to successfully authenticate with Google Play and Apple Sign In but Game Center is giving some trouble. The error seems easy enough except I have triple checked that I am signed in to Game Center with the profile that is set up in Sandbox Testing.
Other things I have verified:
I have a provisioning profile and game center is on it.
In xCode I have Game Center on my signing capabilities, entitlements, and have the GameKit.framework in my Link Binary with Libraries.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this error to throw? Maybe another step I missed somewhere?
