Getting 401 Unauthenticated when calling StoreKit In-App API with JWT
Hello, I am trying to call the StoreKit In-App API, but I am consistently receiving a 401 Unauthenticated error. Here is what I have done so far: JWT creation (via https://jwt.io): Header: { "alg": "ES256", "kid": "**********", "typ": "JWT" } Payload: { "iss": "********-e662-43d2-be42-012d0138ce39", "aud": "appstoreconnect-v1", "iat": 1757389187, "exp": 1757390987 } Private Key (.p8): -----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- -----END PRIVATE KEY----- Algorithm used: ES256 This generates the JWT successfully. API Call: I then include the JWT in the request header as follows: Authorization: Bearer ************ Endpoint: https://api.storekit-sandbox.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/transactions/2000001003740262 Response: Status: 401 Unauthenticated Request ID: S3KCYHDVRMDKUT3TZVTY3QRRWM.0.0 Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there something incorrect with how I’m generating the JWT (e.g., iat/exp values, formatting, or encoding)? Do I need to generate separate keys for Sandbox and Production, or is the same key valid for both? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Can I access Enterprise APIs for visionOS (main camera) with an individual developer account?
Hello, my name is Kanazawa Kenta, and I am a university student currently conducting research and development using visionOS. In my project, I would like to access the main camera using the Enterprise APIs for visionOS. However, when I try to request permission or view the documentation, I receive the following message: "Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page." I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. My question is: Is it possible to use the Enterprise APIs with an individual developer account? If not, what are the available options for students or researchers who wish to use these APIs for academic purposes? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how I can gain access, or alternative ways to use the main camera for research in visionOS. Thank you for your help. Delay in Apple Developer Account Processing – No Response from Support
Hello, I made a payment for an Apple Developer account on January 22, 2025, but the processing has not been completed yet. According to Apple's stated timeline, the account should be processed within two business days, but it has now been significantly delayed. I have already sent a follow-up email and a message via the support form, but I have not received any response. I would appreciate any guidance from the community or Apple representatives on how to proceed. Has anyone else faced a similar delay recently? Is there any alternative way to escalate this issue? Apple not responding about upgrading to Organization account
Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

Unable to save App ID capabilities in Apple Developer portal
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue in the Apple Developer portal when trying to manage my App ID capabilities. Whenever I try to enable or disable a capability and click Save, the page shows the loading spinner but then nothing is saved. App ID: com.kangarli.lucary Team ID: (my Apple Developer account’s Team ID) Tested on different browsers (Safari, Chrome), cleared cache and cookies The issue affects all capabilities, not just Associated Domains Other sections of the Developer portal work normally Is this a known issue with the Developer portal, or is there any workaround? Additionally, I am not seeing an option to initiate a call when selecting "Program Purchase and Renewal" as the category for support assistance. Could you please assist in resolving this issue? How can I become a Apple Developer
Why do I can not apply an Apple developer account successfully. I aways meet the error that says 'We are unable to process your request'. Wow, you are unable to process my request, why? Are you such a coward? You won’t even let me become a developer. I can't understand why you prevent me from becoming a developer, please give me explain as soon as possible.

Stuck After Paying – “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement” Loop
Hi, I need help resolving an enrollment issue. When I log into my Apple Developer account on the website, I only see the message: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement.” After that, nothing else loads and I can’t continue. What I’ve tried: Paid the annual fee (it shows as charged). Logged in from iPhone (Developer app), Mac, Safari, and Chrome. Same error. Cleared cookies, tried private mode, and even changed my email. Contacted normal Apple Support (they couldn’t help). Tried to reach Developer Support but I can’t since I’m technically not enrolled. Other details: I can’t access App Store Connect. My Apple ID birthday is set to 15 October 2000. I’ve already accepted the Developer Agreement. Developer app shows an error whenever I try enrollment there. At this point, I’m stuck in a loop: Apple says I’ve already agreed, but my membership isn’t activated, and I can’t contact the right support channel.

Apple renewal issue
Dear Apple, I had successfully renew my membership with bellow email "Your Apple Developer Program membership has been renewed for another year and your membership details are below. We look forward to the innovative new apps you'll bring to Apple platforms." A few days later, I got another email After several attempts, we're unable to collect payment using the payment method you provided to renew your Apple Developer Program membership. Your access to the Apple Developer Program has been disabled. At https://developer.apple.com/account, It displays a button with "Enroll today" instead of "Renew membership". Clicking it show below error "Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I've tried getting support from https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/SC1101/subtopic/30007/solution/select, but no reply after a few days. All my apps are not able to receive notifications and I'm afraid it will be removed from PlayStore soon. Anyone experienced such issue and anyway to get it resolved quick?

ApplePay mTLS long response time
I'm calling the endpoint https://apple-pay-gateway-cert.apple.com/paymentservices with mTLS and it's taking over 15 seconds to complete the request. This is happening only when deployed through AWS. I have tried a dummy dotnet and node lambda with the same result. Wondering if anyone had the same issue. Ongoing Support Failure – Repeated Case IDs, No Resolution
I’ve submitted several requests over the past days to get help updating the corporation information on my existing, paid Apple Developer account. So far, all I’ve received are automated emails saying “Thanks for contacting Apple Support”—each with a new case ID, but no actual progress. I even tried requesting a phone call multiple times, but that too just resulted in the same meaningless email with yet another case number. Not a single person has contacted me, and the issue remains completely unresolved. This is deeply frustrating and unacceptable, especially when the matter is time-sensitive. It feels like all support channels are shut off. I'm honestly shocked at how unresponsive and ineffective Apple Developer Support has become. I need urgent, human help. I can't cancel test subscription
When I try to cancel it I get "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again". I have since created a new test user from "Users and access", set the renewal for subscriptions to be at 5min. Added the new test user on my iPad where I am developing locally as a sandbox account, and then purchased the same subscription. And same problem happened - I can't cancel it from Apple ID -> Subscriptions. Getting the very same error. Also the subscription there seems to renew on a daily base and not on every 5 minute as I have set it. If I try "Clear purchase history" from the "Users and Access" from AppStore connect - nothing happens, I still see the subscription and I can't purchase it again. Please advise how to proceed in this situation. This happens on iOS 15.5 if it does matter and I am using StoreKit2. Regards, Al

URGENT: App Store Migration Blocked 14+ Days Due to a new build Error — Need Pause to Upload New Build
Hello Apple Developer Support and Community, RE: #102631841612 I am currently stuck in App Store migration hell. My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap. I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success. This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again. Please, if anyone from Apple Developer Support or the community has advice, contact, or workaround to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. Shocked by Apple Developer Program Experience – Account Banned Without Explanation
I am absolutely shocked and frustrated by the way the Apple Developer Program operates. My team and I recently attempted to launch two completely unique applications through the platform: Goal Hero and Redsport App. Both apps were thoroughly reviewed by our team lead during a code review to ensure they met all the required standards. However, despite all our efforts, Apple repeatedly rejected our submissions without providing clear, actionable feedback. After multiple attempts to communicate and understand the issues, Apple has now banned our developer account entirely and hasn’t responded to any of my inquiries for over a month. We are a legitimate game development studio working under the name Betonred. We’ve always adhered to ethical practices and were excited to expand our business on the App Store after years of success on Google Play. This experience has left us questioning Apple’s commitment to supporting developers, especially smaller teams trying to grow. Honestly, at this point, I am considering restructuring our entire business model to return to focusing solely on Google Play. Apple’s lack of transparency, poor communication, and seemingly arbitrary decisions have made it nearly impossible to work effectively within this ecosystem. Has anyone else faced similar issues? What’s the best course of action here? Apple’s system feels completely broken.
