We applied for the Apple Developer Program on April 28, and our enrollment has been stuck in review since then — over three weeks now. We have already submitted all required documents, including: Turkish National ID and Passport Estonian e-Residency Card Company registration documents from the Estonian e-Business Register D-U-N-S number VAT and Registry information Detailed explanations as a sole founder and legal representative Enrollment Case number is 102586593909 We even had a follow-up phone call with Apple Developer Support (Case ID: 102589592062) and were told the submitted documents should be sufficient. I also followed all upload instructions and confirmed that the files were delivered successfully. Despite all this, we haven’t received any updates, timelines, or specific feedback on what’s missing — if anything at all. ✅ Meanwhile, we’ve completed similar business verification processes with Google, Meta, and Stripe within 48 hours. We’re trying to launch our app under an officially registered business (Mobisense OÜ), and this delay is affecting our go-to-market timeline and business operations. 🔹 Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay recently? 🔹 Is there a reliable way to escalate or request an actual review update? Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program account. I successfully enrolled months ago, and my subscription is active as per my account details. However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? I cannot renew my membership after it expired in January of 2025. I initially let it lapse, but I decided to renew it. There is nowhere to renew it. There is no renew button in the Developer App, and the web application tells me it expired, but doesn't provide an option to renew. It just tells me to go to the Developer App and click on the Renew button which isn't there.

Hi, I need help with the error: “You do not have required contracts to perform an operation.” (ID: cc897baf-6551-474b-bbef-3dd5bdf89931) When I try to distribute an archived build from Xcode, App Store Connect shows a banner asking to review a new agreement. But when I click it, I’m redirected to Agreements, Tax and Banking, and there is no agreement to accept — the page is empty. I checked with the team, and none of us can see the agreement. Is it possible that the required agreement is available only to the Account Holder and not visible to Admin or Developer roles? Could you please clarify what exactly this error means and how we can locate the missing agreement? Thanks.

Does anyone know if App Store Connect (or any subset of Apple's toolsuite) has publicly available SOC 2 report? Or if there's a relevant email we can request that from. I tried security-certifications emails and got no response so it seems decently hard to find (didn't see on any searches/with aid of GPT). Thanks!

Hi everyone, I transitioned my Apple Developer account from Individual to Organization almost two weeks ago, and ever since, I cannot upload builds, generate API keys, or create certificates. Everything worked perfectly before the transition, and I’ve used the same setup. The biggest issue isn’t just the technical problem—it’s Apple Support’s terrible handling of it: They keep copy-pasting the same request for information, even though I’ve sent everything multiple times. When I call, they say "Everything looks good on our end", but nothing is actually fixed. After asking for the same info repeatedly, they disappear and don’t provide any updates. The only unusual thing in my account is that I have two Free Apps Agreements, and one is showing on "Pending User Info", but I have no option to input anything. I have accepted all agreements and not sure what to do. It’s been two weeks. Has anyone dealt with this before? We look forward to the innovative new apps you'll bring to Apple platforms." A few days later, I got another email After several attempts, we're unable to collect payment using the payment method you provided to renew your Apple Developer Program membership. Your access to the Apple Developer Program has been disabled. At https://developer.apple.com/account, It displays a button with "Enroll today" instead of "Renew membership". Clicking it show below error "Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I've tried getting support from https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/SC1101/subtopic/30007/solution/select, but no reply after a few days. All my apps are not able to receive notifications and I'm afraid it will be removed from PlayStore soon. Anyone experienced such issue and anyway to get it resolved quick?

I‘ve been linking my userids in the backend using the server notifications when users subscribe successfully using appAccountToken. Now i’m introducing an offer code redemption in my app using presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet. But i dont see a way to pass my user id for the app token any solution or workaround? Thanks

So I just managed to build one app for personal use that I want to use daily in my iphone. However, once installed in my device through XCode, after one week the application is no longer available. I'm aware about the one week trial for free users and one year for a paid account, but... for real? Isn't there an alternative? And if not... does it means that in order to use my app for let's say 5 years I will have to pay 500$? Is just a bit crazy to think about it but I did look on the internet and did not found a clear information about how this works. Thank you in advance :)

No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text). I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email. I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me. Can Apple solve this years-old-issue? Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you.
