I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing! After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing. I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok). Can somebody help me?

Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a frustrating delay with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and I’m hoping someone here can help or escalate the issue. I had previously completed the enrollment process and was approved, but after opening the Apple Developer app on my iPad, the entire progress reset for some reason. I was forced to start the process again from scratch, including submitting all required documents. Last time, my documents were verified and approved within 7 days. However, this time, it’s been over a month since I submitted my documents and there's been no progress. I contacted Apple Developer Support, but they responded saying it would take an “undetermined amount of time,” without providing any explanation, timeline, or guidance. That’s extremely concerning, especially since I’ve already gone through this once before. This delay is affecting my ability to move forward with game releases and business plans. I’m more than willing to provide any additional documentation if needed, but I’m currently stuck with no idea what’s going on. My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. Hi recently when I renewed my Developer account, which had expired I found out it takes 24 hours for the active to be renewed. But your account page does not provide notice of this, and was very confusing for me! I had to spend the time to contact support to find this out - can we please just have a 'renewal pending' status instead displayed to our developer's accounts? I would greatly appreciate this! Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands. I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this. how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

I receive the email with the "case id", but after that, no one responds to me. I did the entire process on the website to create the account. Hi Everyone, I have signed up and paid (it has come off my Credit Card) for Apple Developer last Thursday and my account has been stuck on: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I have emailed them and have not received a reply. I want to give them a call but they are also not available for calls either. I have looked to see if the reason they are being slow is because of the Christmas/New Year period but couldn't find any information. What can I do? Thanks

Hey everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a company (LLC), and I’m the sole owner and CEO. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Do I just create a business card or write the verification letter myself? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. 🙏 Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my enrollment process. I initiated three payments on the following dates: February 12, 2025: Payment attempted, received an “Order acknowledgment” email, but the amount wasn’t deducted. February 19, 2025: Reattempted payment with the same outcome. February 25, 2025: Tried again, and still no deduction from my account. After updating the iPhone to 18.2, the notification for the watch charging completion stopped appearing on the iPhone. Please note that I also updated the watch to 11.2.
