Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
Hello, We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Apple developer enrollment
Hi i have been trying to enroll in an apple developer program I have made the payment 99$ and it has been deducted from the credit card. I got a message saying you will recieve an email soon. Would like to know whats the process after that and why is enrollment in the apple developer programm a bit diffcuilt.

Enrollment Failure
Hello, I’m hoping someone from the community can give me some guidance. I submitted payment for my Developer Program enrollment on May 19. I began following up with support on May 21 and stayed in contact until May 27, during which I received messages saying the order was under review and that I should not retry the payment until the review was complete. Since then, I haven’t received any updates, despite repeated follow-ups. I’ve asked about the status, whether the payment failed, and whether any corrections are needed, but I haven’t received any reply. At this point, I’m not sure: If anyone else has faced this kind of delay or silence? Whether I should just retry the payment? If the problem could be caused by using a company credit card under a different name than mine? Whether I will be contacted even if the order is canceled? The lack of communication is really blocking my work. I’d appreciate any advice from others who’ve gone through this or guidance from someone at Apple who can escalate the case. Thanks in advance.

New Trouble with Over-the-Air Installs
All of a sudden my apps made with my client's Enterprise account won't launch when downloaded over-the-air on iOS 17+, but WILL launch when installed over a wire. The usual 'trust' mechanism found under Settings>General>VPS and Device Management seems not to be available for over-the-air downloads. But it is available for over-a-wire sideloads! This seems not to be an issue with iOS 15+ Does anyone here know what to do about this? Thanks, Craig Umanoff

Help! Free to paid dev account
I’m very new to mobile app development but not new to application development in general. I’m close to completing my first app and really excited to get things moving along and then hit a major roadblock and am at my wits end with this. I currently have a free account and have been testing on my own phone. I’m ready to move to TestFlight so went to enroll in the paid program and it just says can’t do so at this time. I sent support an email and they said it’s because they can’t identify me. I called and they told me the same thing and that there is literally nothing that can be done. I tried to create a new Apple ID and figured I’d just use it for the dev work I want to do but I can’t even create a new ID. I did have Family Sharing setup with myself as the organize and removed myself from that to ensure nothing was preventing identification. Still nothing. I can’t possibly be the only one that has gone through this. Frustrated is an understatement and getting this app out was really going to be such a big deal for me. So disappointed. Any suggestions?

Delay in Apple Developer Account Processing – No Response from Support
Hello, I made a payment for an Apple Developer account on January 22, 2025, but the processing has not been completed yet. According to Apple's stated timeline, the account should be processed within two business days, but it has now been significantly delayed. I have already sent a follow-up email and a message via the support form, but I have not received any response. I would appreciate any guidance from the community or Apple representatives on how to proceed. Has anyone else faced a similar delay recently? Is there any alternative way to escalate this issue? Unable to Renew Developer Membership
This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation: We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases. We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card. I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so. Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps. And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

Inquiry on Pending Developer Account Enrollment
Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer account enrollment nearly a week ago (ID: G256C6S5Q2), but despite sending multiple emails to Apple Support, I haven’t received any confirmation or reply. When I enter my account it is stuck on the "Complete your purchase" screen (I received payment confirmation) and nothing happened since then. I ’m eager to publish my app and get started on development, so I really need them to reach out to me—ideally with a call or a direct response. Follow-up on Company Enrollment – Case ID: 102578249178
Hi, While I understand that some enrollment reviews may take time, it has now been nearly a month since we submitted our company enrollment on April 11, and unfortunately, we still have no concrete updates or next steps. As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required. LONG PROGRAM ENROLLMENT PROCESS
I've been trying to enroll my account in a paid Apple Developer Program. I've attempted this for the third time, and the billing is in process according to the bank, yet it has been more than 48 hours and still no response. Even through Apple Support, I have not received a response to my inquiry. Please advise.

I have the entitlement, I sent the request yesterday. I have added in Info.plist Privacy - Motion Usage Description message. But nothing changes. It always crashes . I paid for the Apple Developer Program enrollment, but it still hasn't been confirmed. I've been waiting for almost two weeks..
My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for 12 Days
Hello Apple Developer Support / Community, I’m reaching out for help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. It’s been 12 days since I submitted all the required documents (photo ID, business verification, and company registration documents. I also replied to the email as instructed. Seven days ago, I received a response from a Senior Advisor saying the case was being reviewed and that I’d receive a reply soon—but nothing since then. The status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed." This delay is now affecting my business operations and launch timelines. I’ve done everything required—uploaded all documents, responded to support emails—but no progress or updates. Has anyone experienced similar delays? Is there any way to escalate this?
