I updated one of my devices to iOS 18.3 from developer mode and the sound has completely disappeared from the device whether external or internal sound. Will this problem be solved or what should I do? Thank you Apple.

I recently made the enrollment for developer program and make the payment on Apple developer website. I saw the payment amount is debited from my account. But the developer program is not approved. When I contacted the developer support, they said Apple did not receive the money and you have to enroll again. So, I asked my Bank to make sure the payment is processed or not. The bank said it is already processed and they even sent me reference number and approval number. Even I sent the screenshot of those information, but the support guy keeps saying they did not receive it but without any helpful information to troubleshoot the issue at all. I am really amazed a company such as Apple has such terrible customer support. Now, I have to request payment dispute to my bank about it. If I do not get my money back, I will tag Apple CEO on x.com and post about it every day with a schedular script.

We have paid enterprise account until April 2025. Why Apple cancelled our membership? Hi I'm trying to setup external users to test my app. When I get to the screen attached its not letting me complete the setup because it says I have to only use numbers for the phone number. We've been having some troubles to create a new account for apple developer for the company i'm currently working for. The first feedback we got was that I could create my personal account and then transfer the Duns Number for the company account when the problem would be solved. We have the Duns Number, but I can't create the Apple Developer Program because of the following warning: Tell us about your organization. My app has been "In Progress" for over a day. It's release date and these absurd behaviours are happening. Hasn't Apple been able to fix this? We're approaching 2025 with issues that have been happening since 2023. Are these guys serious or they just ignore these issues?

How do I renew my developer account? The desktop app called Developer just crashes and the website says: "Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, ...". I can't find a Renew link or a renew button to click on. Do you know where it is? Cheers
