Hello , I need some help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I purchased the Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time). The payment was successfully processed by my bank, and I also received the official Apple Store receipt email confirming the purchase. However, my Developer account still shows: • “Purchase your membership” • “Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” • Enrollment status: Pending • App Store Connect still not accessible It has now been more than 5 days, and the enrollment has not been activated. Here are the details: • Region: Turkey • Payment amount: 1029 TRY (local pricing for the Developer Program) • Payment status: Completed / Posted (not pending) • Case ID with Apple Support: 102769533427 • I have already opened a support case, but there has been no resolution yet. I would appreciate any guidance from others who experienced similar issues. Is this a known delay for Turkey-based accounts, or does it usually require manual activation by Apple Support? I'm trying to enroll in Apple Developer and I continuously getting a "Payment Declined" message despite trying 4 credit cards, a debit card and even my apple card. When I try this through the developer app the "Enroll Now" button is greyed out. It's not a bank issue I've already checked and they don't see any requests coming through. I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Contacted Apple support and they are extremely slow with the responses with very little help. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

I created a developer account in one country and it was active for few years, now it has expired and I have moved to another country. When I want to change the address under "Membership details > Update your information +" it redirects me to a page and I see the following message Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement. So I thought may be I should just go and renew the account, but on the payment page there's no option to change country there as well, which is required as I don't have a card from my previous country. It is an individual account. Is there any hope I can resurrect my account?

When I login to my Dev account, I get a banner that says "The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement."However, when I go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking, I see both Free Apps and Paid Apps agreement, but when I click on View, there's nothing for me to accept. It's a pop-up window with a list of countries and a button at the end that says "Close". And that's it. No other action is possible. No other option either under the Action column.So then how can I review and accept it?

Order Number: W1302770460 I have not received any response to my previous support requests, and my membership is still not active. I have admin role of an account and able to view the team in app store connect website but with the same account not able to view the same on developer.apple.com. Did't get what is going wrong here. How can I able to get access to all teams in the apple developer account.

I have submitted an Apple Developer enrollment application on 2024-March-18, and it's still "IS BEING PROCESSED". And I have submitted multiple support tickets and asked for the status, and ALL of the replies are "uNDer rEvIEW". For real? 423 days? How can it possibly take this long? This is beyond unreasonable. Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled. Context Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization) My role in App Store Connect: Admin I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked. The Account Holder can access CIP normally. What I see (Problem) In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.” In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load. Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not. What we’ve tried / confirmed Membership is active (renewal date is valid) Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP Questions For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles? Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People? If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?

Hi, I'm from India and payment has been deducted for the membership and I have received an email confirming my subscription of the program but I still cannot access my enrolment dashboard. It says "You'll receive an email soon" in my Apple Developer app under "Enrol" and it says Pending on my Apple Account on web. I don't understand why such as a small task is such a problematic thing for Apple. Need help understanding what's going on.

Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

My backend uses apple-signin-auth Node.js package to: Generate the client secret (JWT) Exchange auth code for tokens Verify ID token Everything fails at step 1 because Apple doesn’t seem to recognize my Service ID as valid. What I Need: Can you please verify if: My Service ID ( com.roomieq.auth ) is fully active and recognized My App ID and Service ID are properly linked on Apple’s end There are any hidden issues with domain or return URL setup Let me know if I need to reset the Service ID or regenerate anything. I downloaded the iOS and iPadOS 18.4 beta and it worked. Instead on Apple Watch Series 6 it does not install. It says to connect to the Internet but I am connected. I have already tried to restart iPhone 12 pro and Apple Watch but nothing to do. I also did factory data Apple Watch but nothing changed. Apple support told me that they do not help you on betas. I also sent feedback on Apple feedback app. I do not know what to do anymore. Does anyone have the same problem as me? Can it be solved?

We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

It's been over a week since I submitted my membership purchase for a developer account. I had to resubmit it today because I believe there might be an issue with the system. I received the acknowledgment email again. Could someone please check my order? I'm looking forward to contributing to the macOS app ecosystem. I don't even know where I can also check these purchase requests so I can provide you with the IDs I think you can use my apple id tho .

I am creating new Apple ID, I am creating new Apple ID, I am able to verify the email, but when I get to mobile otp verification, I just keep seeing this error I am really frustrated, I tried with multiple pc and browser thinking that maybe my IP is blocked, I want to deploy app on App Store but not able to create basic apple account this is really making me go mad!
