Follow-up on Company Enrollment – Case ID: 102578249178
Hi, While I understand that some enrollment reviews may take time, it has now been nearly a month since we submitted our company enrollment on April 11, and unfortunately, we still have no concrete updates or next steps. As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required. Developer Membership Purchase Error
Greeting everyone, I have been trying to enroll for apple developer program membership for the past 2 weeks, all efforts prove abortive with same error "I will receive acknowledement" email from Apple but i do not get charged and when I try to contact support they usually do not provide any help and often take long to reply once and take another week for another reply. I have now move the funds equivalent to $99 to my apple account. Please does anyone know how I can go about the enrollment using the funds from my apple account? Does anyone have such experience how did you resolve it? Do you know how i can successfully pay for the program from my bank using my debit card, because my card works easily and instantly for other subscriptions but except the Apple development program Please I will greatly appreciate any help i can get. thanks in advance

Advice on the right Apple license for an internal app in a French high school
Hello everyone, I'm currently developing an iOS application as part of a project for a high school in France. The goal of the app is to raise students' awareness about their use of digital tools, especially by helping them better understand their screen time and how they use the iPads provided by the school. This app is intended for internal use only: it is not meant to be published on the App Store, but rather distributed through Apple School Manager to the school’s managed devices. I would like to ask: Which type of Apple Developer license would be the most appropriate for this use case? Should we go with an individual or enterprise account? cross device locale appname search
Hello Developers, On ios device i recently installed Teams, Instagram and facebook apps.When i change the device language/locale appname remains same i.e in english. All three apps i m able to search with it japanese translation like Teams ->チーム, Instagram->インスタグラム, Facebook ->フェイスブック when device locale in english or japanese.How can i achieve this?.Any suggestion up will be helpful.

New Target for project with an App Clip
I have a SwiftuI App which includes an App Clip. There is one target for the iOS app and one for the App Clip. All good. But I want to create a new target for the test flight app so that test users can distinguish it from the App Store app. E.g. Test Flight app has a different icon Asset file in the target but includes all the other source code files. However, when I try to build the test flight target I see the message: The com.apple.developer.parent-application-identifiers entitlement (...]') of an App Clip must match the application-identifier entitlement ('...') of its containing parent app. I can't figure how to do this without messing up the original production App. Any ideas?

Apple support unresponsive
I've been contacting Apple Developer support for over 3 weeks now regarding new agreement that is not visible anywhere in account and no option to accept it either. Submitted ticket twice but no response at all. All they have to say is "Thank you for contacting us. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102320028158. If you have any additional information you’d like to provide or would like a status update on your case, please reply back to this email."

No renew button in developer app, signed in a account holder
I'm trying to renew my developer program membership which got expired 10 days ago. I couldnt find the renew button anywhere on the developer app both in Mac and iPhone. Why is it very hard for a simple program renewal? Why cant this be done on a browser from anywhere? Seriously frustrating, I have been trying to reach support through email but no response yet it's been almost a week and also there is no way to reach through phone.

I have reached out to Apple Support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, the case is escalated to a senior representative, yet no clear solution has been provided. It feels as though the issue is being passed back and forth without accountability. Furthermore, I’m receiving conflicting guidance—Apple.com refers me to developer.apple.com, and vice versa—leaving me stuck without a resolution. Denied Enrollment in Apple Developer Program Without Explanation – Seeking Guidance
Hello, I am reaching out to the community because I am facing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment that I cannot resolve. I attempted to enroll in the program through both the Developer app and the website, but my application was denied without any explanation. When I contacted Apple Support, I was told that the decision is final and that no further clarification would be provided. To ensure there were no issues on my end: My Apple ID profile is complete and accurate. All required information was submitted during the enrollment process. (Including my credit card and photos of my passport) I have no prior violations of Apple’s Terms of Service or any history with banned accounts. (And my current account is 10 years old or more) Despite this, my application was rejected outright, and I feel this decision lacks transparency. As a developer who has invested significant time and resources into creating apps for the Apple ecosystem, this situation is both frustrating and disheartening. The lack of explanation also makes it impossible to identify what went wrong or how to address it. I have already tried: Contacting Apple Support directly – they reiterated that the decision is final. Double-checking my account details and region settings – everything matches. Searching for similar cases online – but found no actionable solutions. This experience feels unfair, especially since I have complied with all requirements and have not been given any opportunity to appeal or rectify potential misunderstandings. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has advice on how to proceed, please share your insights. Is there an escalation path within Apple? Should I consider legal action due to the lack of transparency in this process? I am committed to resolving this issue but feel stuck without any clear direction from Apple.
