I have a problem with the enrollment to Apple Developer program, because the page show the message "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time", I have 1 week watting for any news for the Send Files to Apple Support but not yet any new news. What I can do about this case?
I’m having a problem with my Apple Developer subscription payment:
1️⃣ My card was successfully charged €99 – I have a confirmation email from the payment system
2️⃣ But my Apple Developer account shows "Order Canceled" – the cart displays this status
Additionally, when I log into my account, it prompts me to register again as if the payment didn’t go through.
Questions:
How can I restore access to Apple Developer?
What should I do about the payment—will it be refunded automatically, or do I need to contact support?
Could this be a system error, and should I try paying again?

Greeting everyone, I have been trying to enroll for apple developer program membership for the past 2 weeks, all efforts prove abortive with same error "I will receive acknowledement" email from Apple but i do not get charged and when I try to contact support they usually do not provide any help and often take long to reply once and take another week for another reply. I have now move the funds equivalent to $99 to my apple account.
Please does anyone know how I can go about the enrollment using the funds from my apple account?
Does anyone have such experience how did you resolve it?
Do you know how i can successfully pay for the program from my bank using my debit card, because my card works easily and instantly for other subscriptions but except the Apple development program

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my enrollment process. I initiated three payments on the following dates:
February 12, 2025: Payment attempted, received an “Order acknowledgment” email, but the amount wasn’t deducted.
February 19, 2025: Reattempted payment with the same outcome.
February 25, 2025: Tried again, and still no deduction from my account.
I’ve contacted support (Case ID: 102538526682), but haven’t received any response. This situation affects my production process, and I’m growing increasingly concerned.
Has anyone else faced and resolved successfully a similar problem, or does anyone have advice on how to escalate this issue for a quicker resolution?

I've signed up for the UK developer program since during application all it asked for was my address, nowhere did it ask about my nationality. But I am not a UK citizen and the W-8BEN form is locked to UK as a citizen/region and I have to swear that all is truthful to submit it. What am I supposed to do?
Context:
I recently encountered an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program with my personal Apple ID, and I need guidance on how to resolve it.
A few months ago, I helped a client set up an Apple Developer account because they didn’t have an iPhone, Mac, or even an Apple ID. To assist them, I created an Apple ID for them and used my iPhone (via the Apple Developer app) to enroll their account in the Apple Developer Program.
Now that the project is complete, I have removed myself from their Apple Developer account and given them full control over the app. However, when I tried to enroll my personal Apple ID in the Developer Program, I was unable to do so. After contacting Apple Support, I was informed that my phone number is still recognized as the trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, preventing me from enrolling in the Developer Program under my own account.
Additional Issues:
When I checked my Apple ID subscription list on account.apple.com, I noticed that the Apple Developer Program Membership is still listed under my personal Apple ID. However, when my client logs into their Apple ID subscription list, the Apple Developer subscription does NOT appear under their account.
Even though the Apple Developer Program subscription is listed under my Apple ID, I cannot access the Apple Developer portal (developer.apple.com/account) to manage my account, enroll, or create apps.
However, my client CAN still access the Developer portal and create/manage apps, even though the subscription is NOT in their Apple ID subscription list.
Problems:
My phone number is still a trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, blocking me from enrolling my own Developer account.
The Developer Program subscription appears under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, even though my client is the one using the Developer account.
I cannot access Apple Developer features, while my client can—even though the subscription is technically under my Apple ID.
Questions:
How can I unlink my phone number and device from my client’s Apple ID so I can enroll in the Apple Developer Program?
Why does the Developer Program subscription appear under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, and how can I fix this?
Why can’t I access the Developer portal, even though the subscription is listed under my Apple ID?
Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved?

Hi,
I need to contact Apple developer support.
But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!).
I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid",
I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form.
The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

Hi,
My admin account is locked and I have only one admin role account so that I can not maintain my applications that is published also I can not give permissions other developer account as admin role. I send mail and contact apple developer account support but no-one is helped me and they didnt answer me why my account is locked!!!. They didn't give me any support and help to retake my admin account and didn't reset my password although I sent my all documentation about my company.
I am waiting for 15 days to solve this problem and distribute
new release my application versions.
So how can I recover my admin account ? Does anybody have any suggestion?

My Apple ID is linked to several organizations for which I developed apps in the past, and I want to enroll myself as a solo developer in the Apple Developer Program.
I paid the $99 fee more than a week ago and received an “Order Acknowledgement” email stating that processing would take up to two business days.

Apple is not granting access to the developer account, but funds have already been partially charged
Hello,
We are facing a serious issue while trying to gain access to our developer account. We have submitted all the required documents (passport scan, payment information), but we still have not received access.
At the same time, funds have already been partially charged from our card, yet there has been no progress from Apple. Support is not providing clear answers, and the process is being delayed. This is seriously affecting our work!
Has anyone encountered a similar situation? How can we speed up the resolution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have issue with apple configurator I have paire Apple TV with apple configurator after software updates but its not showing under devices in apple configurator

Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program.
I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked.
Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable.
Can you please guide me through what went wrong and how I can try again?

After several years' lapse, I am coming back into app development for iPhone. Here's what I did:
Renewed my membership to Apple developer
I created a wildcard identifier, "me.joymaker.*"
I created a certificate
Using Xcode, I introduced my newest iPhone (a 12 mini) to Apple developer. Unlike my older models, this one has a UDID with a hyphen in it. To get it to take the UDID I had to remove the-and then paste the remaining continuous number into the field. But then it accepted it, and showed it back to me complete with hyphen.
I created a development provisioning profile using that certificate and ID, checking the box that said "Select all", so that every device registered to my account was included.
Using Xcode, I tried to upload the provisioning profile to the phone.
OOPS. Xcode replies, "Failed to install one or more provisioning profiles on the device. Please ensure the provisioning profile is configured for this device." Yes, I am very that it was!
There was an older identifier in the account, left over from years ago, named "XCode: Wildcard AppID", with an identifier of simply '*'. I tried building a provisioning profile with that one. Same results.
Now what? How to diagnose, how to pursue this?
BTW, although XCode sees this phone without difficulty, Music and Finder don’t. Relevant?? See this question for more details.
