I have a problem with the enrollment to Apple Developer program, because the page show the message "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time", I have 1 week watting for any news for the Send Files to Apple Support but not yet any new news. What I can do about this case?

I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID."
So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready.
When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program.
Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment?
Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details?
Why is the process so confusing?
Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment.

Hi,
I need to contact Apple developer support.
But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!).
I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid",
I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form.
The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

Why is it necessary that I have to reload all my personal apps developed by me for my use every year when I renew my Developer License? If I quit the program, anyone that bought my apps (if I had any) on the App Store would not lose the use of those apps. It should be the same for the apps I put on my devices when I am enrolled.

Hi,
I am looking for a way to implement X-day free trial and then the feature would be locked. User should purchase the in app purchase to unlock the feature after trial period if they wish to continue to use it.
From the older post, I can see other people suggest non-consumable tier-0 IAP will should cost nothing. From app store connect, I am not able to find 0 dollar as an option.
I can see in apple's storekit documentation. There are officially a free trial subscription. I don't believe this can fit in my use case.
Is anyone still able to create free in app purchase ?

It's not clear what should be used for keeping session or should it be created again after each transaction ?
When I create a card session I pass the transaction but when at the and I call stopEmulation on card session than there is a problem with another transaction. What about the NFCPresentmentIntentAssertion? I know there's not information about "maximum suppression duration". I may only check isValid or acquire() on it. There's no information about how to properly manage it for another transaction.
To sum up is that I would like to know should I create the new cardSession for each transaction (which would be strange cause it looks like singleton for me). If theres any impact when calling stopEnumaltion to cardSession or the startEmulation function may be called? The main issue is the 'double tap' flow where user must authenticate him during transaction.

I'm currently transferring an iOS app to a new Apple Developer account and following the process outlined in Apple’s documentation:

The process for generating transfer_identifiers and migrating existing users is clear, and I don’t expect issues with that part.
However, I have a question about preserving the user session after the transfer.
My setup:
The app uses Sign in with Apple via a backend-based authentication flow.
On login, the app retrieves the authorization_code and sends it to the backend.
The backend exchanges the code for tokens from Apple, including a refresh_token.
That refresh_token is then used on the backend to validate the user’s identity on subsequent requests.
My concern:
Once I initiate the app transfer, migrate users, and update the backend with new Apple credentials (client ID, team ID, etc.), I assume that the existing tokens issued under the old credentials will become invalid.
So my question is:
Is there a way to maintain the user’s authenticated session through this transition without requiring them to manually sign in again?
I’d like to ensure a seamless experience for users, if possible.

I work as a mobile developer at the company I recently joined. The department that worked before me set up a developer account for the company. Later, this department parted ways with the company. Now, I want to access the developer account set up under the company’s name. However, I cannot access the account information or reach out to the former employees. I’m experiencing a serious issue with my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. I have been waiting for weeks with no response from Apple Support. Despite sending two emails (and now a 3rd) in an attempt to get a reply, I still haven’t heard back, even though I have completed all the necessary steps and received confirmation that my enrollment process has started.

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my enrollment process. I initiated three payments on the following dates:
February 12, 2025: Payment attempted, received an “Order acknowledgment” email, but the amount wasn’t deducted.
February 19, 2025: Reattempted payment with the same outcome.
February 25, 2025: Tried again, and still no deduction from my account.
I’ve contacted support (Case ID: 102538526682), but haven’t received any response. This situation affects my production process, and I’m growing increasingly concerned.

I am reaching out to the community because I am facing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment that I cannot resolve. I attempted to enroll in the program through both the Developer app and the website, but my application was denied without any explanation. When I contacted Apple Support, I was told that the decision is final and that no further clarification would be provided.
To ensure there were no issues on my end:
My Apple ID profile is complete and accurate.
All required information was submitted during the enrollment process. (Including my credit card and photos of my passport)
I have no prior violations of Apple’s Terms of Service or any history with banned accounts. (And my current account is 10 years old or more)
Despite this, my application was rejected outright, and I feel this decision lacks transparency. As a developer who has invested significant time and resources into creating apps for the Apple ecosystem, this situation is both frustrating and disheartening. The lack of explanation also makes it impossible to identify what went wrong or how to address it.
I have already tried:
Contacting Apple Support directly – they reiterated that the decision is final.
Double-checking my account details and region settings – everything matches.
Searching for similar cases online – but found no actionable solutions.
This experience feels unfair, especially since I have complied with all requirements and have not been given any opportunity to appeal or rectify potential misunderstandings.
