Apple developer member ship Renewal
We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

Apple developer account - stuck in enrolling for over 2 weeks
I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. We need to regain access to maintain our app on the App Store
Hello Developer Community, I'm facing a critical situation with our company's Apple Developer Account. We are unable to access our account because: The admin of our Apple Developer Account is a former team member We cannot reach this person anymore We need to regain access to maintain our app on the App Store Questions: What is the official process to recover account access in this situation? What documentation will Apple require to verify our company ownership? Who should we contact at Apple to start this process? Enrollment Blocked: "Identity Cannot Be Confirmed" - Support Says Decision is Final
Hello, I'm hoping to find a solution for a persistent enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community. For several months, I have been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The automated system rejected my application, stating my identity could not be verified. This first occurred in December 2023. I have contacted Apple Support and spoken with a Senior Advisor. I explained that I am willing to provide any documentation needed to verify my identity (passport, driver's license, etc.), but was told this was not possible. The advisor stated the decision from the automated system is final and the issue cannot be escalated or resolved. This has put my app, which is fully developed and ready for submission, on indefinite hold. Has anyone else encountered this specific "identity verification" block where support states the decision is final? Is there a known workaround, a different department to contact, or any other path to get this reviewed by a human? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Is there any way of automating Apple Pay certificate generation in a CI/CD pipeline?
Hi everyone! I’m trying to automate the Apple Pay setup in a CI/CD pipeline for a preproduction environment. Right now, we are generating manually the Apple Pay certificates for both the root domain and merchant ID through the Apple Developer Portal, then manually upload them to our preproduction servers. My idea is to be able to automate this process for this environment. I’ve been digging through docs and forums but haven’t found any way to generate or renew these certificates automatically via an API or any other method. Does anyone know if Apple offers something like this? Or if not, what’s the best way to handle this in an automated workflow? I've been thinking about a web driver, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of solution. Thanks a lot for any ideas or advice!

Updating developer name on the App Store
Hi everyone, I made a mistake when submitting my first app and accidentally set my developer name as the app name instead of my business name. Now all my apps show the wrong developer name on the App Store. Apple support said it can't be changed after the first app, but I've seen some posts mentioning people got it changed through support. Has anyone successfully changed their developer name after initial setup? Is closing the account and starting fresh the only real option? Really don't want to lose my app's reviews and ratings. Any experiences or advice would be appreciated! Thanks

your payments from apple are on hold
Hi everyone, I'm an indie developer and I'm currently dealing with a confusing and concerning issue with Apple. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. 🔻 What happened: I’m based in Poland and recently opened a sole proprietorship. A few days before the issue, I updated my W-8BEN tax form (correcting my personal ID to my business tax ID – NIP). Then, one day before my scheduled monthly payout, I received an email from Apple saying: "Your payments are on hold – we’ve noticed irregular activity on your account." All payments were suddenly put on hold with no specific reason given. My app remains live and available on the App Store. I wasn’t warned ahead of time, and there’s no detailed explanation from Apple so far. 🔸 My questions: Has anyone else had all their payments withheld right before payout like this? What were the reasons in your case (tax issues, account verification, “irregular activity”, etc.)? How long did it take to resolve, and did Apple eventually release the funds? I’ve contacted Apple Finance, but responses so far have been generic and slow. Any advice, experience, or clarification would be extremely appreciated — this payout is essential for covering my operating costs, and being left without funds so suddenly is pretty rough.

Hi i have been trying to enroll in an apple developer program I have made the payment 99$ and it has been deducted from the credit card. I got a message saying you will recieve an email soon. Would like to know whats the process after that and why is enrollment in the apple developer programm a bit diffcuilt.

Applying for Developer Program outside of supported regions
Hello, I'm currently living in Finland and would like to apply for the developer program in order to develop an app for the Apple Vision Pro. I understand that Finland is not supported in this matter, so I thought about making an German AppleID, since that is supported in the AVP App Store, and enroll in the program with that. The problem is that, since I'm not a German citizen nor have a residency there, would that cause a problem in the identity verification process? Is this allowed at all? If not, are there any workarounds to be able to get the developer account outside of supported regions? Thank you!

Urgent: Developer Account Access Needed Before September
Hello everyone, I urgently need help with my Apple Developer account. It has been over one month since I started the enrollment process, and I still cannot access my account. My app must be published before September, and this delay is causing serious impact on my work. Every time I try to proceed, I get this error: pgsql Copy Edit Unable to find a team with the given Team ID '7QVTL796RL' to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support I have already contacted Apple Developer Program Support, but the issue is still unresolved. Apple Developer Enrollment — I'm the LLC Owner but Getting Upload Error
Hey everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a company (LLC), and I’m the sole owner and CEO. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Do I just create a business card or write the verification letter myself? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. 🙏 Thanks in advance!

in App purchase
We are a group of 10 friends using the same device and Apple ID, but each of us has a different account within the same app. We want to purchase the same auto-renewable monthly subscription plan, each using our own app credentials. The issue: after the first person subscribes, the next user (with a different in-app account) is unable to buy the same plan—it shows "already subscribed" and only allows access after the next billing cycle. We don’t mind the auto-renewal being charged each month by a different person. We just want each app account to have access to the same package independently, for 1 month each. How can we achieve this without changing the Apple ID or device?

App transferred but app Bundle Id not transferred
When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

Apple developer program membership issue
Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

Developer account pending for more that 4 days
My developer account pending for more that 4 days. When I login to http://developer.apple.com, it show the following message: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple. Could anyone help to solve this problem?
