We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

Hi, Yesterday I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program through the app (like the website said) and it seemed to work fine. I went through everything in the app and then I had to pay for the service, so I did. (the invoice says Apple Developer Program (Automatic Renewal): $96.99 + VAT). I can see this transaction on my bank statement as well. After finishing the the Developer app said "Wait for an email" or something similar for a day until now it says "Enrollment through the apple developer app is not available for this apple account". I found this odd so I logged in to my account in a browser (on a PC) to see what's up and there it still says if I click my name "Pending". The weird thing is that there is this banner that says "Purchase your membership." and a link to complete my purchase??? As if I did not purchase it yesterday. So in desperation I decided to see what's up and went through this process on my PC now and it took down my order and I got a prompt in the browser to wait 2 days (48 hours). Will I get charged twice? Also this time it prompted the price: $99.

I already enrolled and paid for the developer program but on the main developer page it still says "Join the Apple Developer Program" with a button to "Enroll Today" but when I click on it, it redirects me to a page that says "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I tried to speak to apple support about it at least a dozen times and they give me no reasonings or anything as to what the issue is and why I'm not able to get past this error. Every time I ask them for any update or an estimate on when I will even get an update, they just say they can't provide any information.

If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile. This message is confusing when the only information provided is the company name, which exactly matches the D&B profile. We get more information about the error in console than what is shown on the page: "resultCode": 20010, "resultString": "Your organizations information is not complete.", "userString": "Your organizations information is not complete.", "requestUrl": "https://developer.apple.com/services-enrollment/validateDunsDetails", Displaying a clearer error message in line with this would greatly improve user understanding of what went wrong.

We are a group of 10 friends using the same device and Apple ID, but each of us has a different account within the same app. We want to purchase the same auto-renewable monthly subscription plan, each using our own app credentials. The issue: after the first person subscribes, the next user (with a different in-app account) is unable to buy the same plan—it shows "already subscribed" and only allows access after the next billing cycle. We don’t mind the auto-renewal being charged each month by a different person. We just want each app account to have access to the same package independently, for 1 month each. Would anyone help why my account got terminated. I checked my app & it had simple text pricing typo should not be grounds for account termination. Even i made a typo in iap price the price of product on apple server was correct & when user try to buy item the correct price is loaded from apple sever. If this was the reason for the decision, I would like the opportunity to correct the issue rather than face such a severe penalty.
