I have a new M4 iPad Air and a brand new Apple Pencil Pro. It was working well until I installed iPadOS 26.0 (23A5297m) beta. Now, when using GoodNotes to write the Pencil functions for about 6-8 seconds and then disconnects for 2-3 seconds and then reconnects. You can imagine how disruptive this is. It does the same thing trying to highlight in the Kindle app, so I think it is an iOS issue. As I write this, I am discovering that the Pencil is not wanting to stay connected at all despite showing up in the list of Bluetooth devices and connecting temporarily. I've tried forgetting and reconnecting the Pencil several times. It is charged to 100%, and I receive the alert that the iPad detects the Pencil. Is anyone else having this issue? Do I need to assume this is being addressed?

Hello, I'm trying to publish my app, but I'm constantly getting rejected by Apple. They're telling me I'm having issues with tracking user data. This item has been rejected for the following reasons: 5.1.2 Legal: Privacy - Data Use and Sharing I've indicated that I don't use this data for ads, that it's only used for personalization and to understand who saves items. I added the NSUserTrackingUsageDescription property to the info.plist. I run AppTrackingTransparency.requestTrackingAuthorization() when the user logs into the app, displaying a warning message. I'd say I meet all the requirements they've set for me, but they still haven't approved my app. What do you recommend? How can I speak to a physical person who can help me? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Trying to build a calendar/planner app for public school teachers. Classes are held on multiple dates so there is a need for swiftdata to save multiple dates. There are lots of tutorials demonstrating a multidatepicker but none of the tutorials or videos save the dates, via swiftdata. My goal is to save multiple dates. Step 1 is to initialize mockdata; this is done a class called ToDo. var dates:Set = [] Step 2 is the view containing a multidatepicker and other essential code Step 3 is to save multiple dates using swiftdata. Lots of tutorials, code snippets and help using a single date. But after almost 2 weeks of researching youtube tutorials, and google searches, I have not found an answer on how to save multiple dates via swiftdata. Also, I don't know how how to initialize the array of for the mockdata. Here are some code snippets used but the initialization of the array of DateComponenets doesnt work. Hey everyone. Ever since installed OS26 (and 26.1 now) - whenever I fast play any video on 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x on the AppleTV - the audio gets massively distorted on HomePods. Be it on YouTube, Difuse, or any supporting app. I even tried mirroring from iPhone -same issue. Anyone else experiencing the same? I noticed no posts about troubleshooting.

I installed the iOS 18.4 developer beta on my iPhone 12 last night, and it ended up sending my phone into a boot loop—at least that's what it looks like. Phone alternates between totally black screen and the Apple logo screen every 5 seconds or so. The phone isn't responding to force restart, isn't showing up in Finder to try to factory reset, etc. My guess is the update was corrupted in some way? Did this happen to anyone else? Any ideas about what's going on?

Hi everyone, I updated my iPhone 16 Pro to iOS 26 beta and my Apple Watch to watchOS 26 beta because I wanted to test out the new features. After a few days of testing, I found the iOS 26 beta too unstable and laggy for daily use, so I downgraded my iPhone back to iOS 18.5 stable. Now my Apple Watch is still running watchOS 26 beta. I tried resetting it to factory settings, hoping that would help, but now I can’t pair it back to my iPhone because it requires iOS 26 again — which I don’t want to reinstall and don't want to use it till it's stable. Is there any way to downgrade my Apple Watch back to a stable version or somehow pair it again with my iPhone running iOS 18.5? Thanks in advance for any help!

Summary of Issues Over Time March 2025: Most apps begin logging out automatically when closed April 2025: Passwords across apps and browsers begin failing May–June 2025: Gmail password reset emails stop arriving (even though other email works) These symptoms suggest something affecting secure sessions, DNS routing, or background data handling. I began running diagnostics and found unexpected system and network behaviors: Examples: com.apple.mobile.lockdown.remote.trusted file_relay.shim.remote pcapd.shim.remote webinspector.shim.remote bluetooth.BTPacketLogger.shim.remote On a normal, non-jailbroken device, I wouldn't expect so many .shim.remote or .diagnostic services to be active. Is this expected on iOS 18.5? The binary /usr/sbin/scutil appears to be missing. This breaks commands like: scutil --dns scutil --proxy scutil --nc list On a standard iOS device, is it even possible for scutil to be removed or disabled?
