I have raised a support ticket regadring a concern I had with apple developer account. I got a respose via email, asking some more details. After that I have replied to the same mail thread with requested details. But I havent got any respose after that. I would like to is that the correct way of responding to support ticket ? Am I suppose to get the response for the same mail thread , after I reply ? or Every time I have open a new support tikcet ?

Hi I experience this problem after update to the newest developer beta software on my iphone 17 pro: blackmagic camera said "storage full" although it is not final cut camera said "close and open the app again" It still works with prores (not raw). Anyone has the same problem as mine? I did try uninstall and reinstall the app and also restart the phone, try using different external ssd drive but nothing works.

Hi everyone. Since the update to iOS 26, we are no longer able to tap the person's name and view the certificate of a signed email and choose to install the certificate or remove it. This has always worked just fine but seems to be broken on iOS 26 and I have verified that it does not work on iOS 26.1 beta as well. The part that is strange is it does work just fine on an iPad running iPad OS 26. This makes it impossible to send encrypted emails to someone via the mail app on an iPhone. I have found a temporary workaround which is to install Outlook for iOS and install the certificates through that app which then allows me to send encrypted emails via Outlook. This appears to be a bug just with the iPhone as I have also seen a few other people online talking about the same problem. Has anyone found a solution to this?

If I want to display my corporations digital position would it be considered legal to use an iPhone SIM card reader as it seems to have a “data” point that hints at the idea of stabilization of intelligence that be found both off line and online. It shows in review and when I continue to enrollment, nothing happens. It submits as a new request. I have: ✅ Verified my business name and address with D&B (matches exactly). ✅ Checked that my business is a legal entity (LLP). ✅ Ensured all details match across D&B, UPIK, and Apple’s lookup tool. ✅ Attempted re-submission multiple times without success. However, despite these steps, I am still unable to proceed. Please help.

Hi Community! I have enrolled for an Apple Developer Account. Only 4 hours left until the 48-hour deadline runs out. On the account page it says pending in orange when I click on my name, but it also says that I need to complete payment. I have received an invoice and receipt from Apple confirming that it’s paid, so I’m not planning to pay again. Does this sound like everything is correct and I can just look forward to it, or does it sound like something is wrong? From people’s experience here, does it often take more than 48 hours? Petter

Hello, I noticed that on September 18, 2025, my Active Paid Subscriptions metric in App Store Connect suddenly dropped to 0 (-100%). However, my subscribers are still active and visible in RevenueCat and Superwall, which both confirm that users have not canceled their subscriptions. This makes me believe it is an App Store Connect reporting issue rather than an actual churn. Could you please confirm if this is a known data delay/bug, and let me know when the metric will be corrected? Thank you for your help

Hey everyone, First time posting on here. I updated my iPhone 15Pro to 18.4 this morning march 5th, and almost immediately my phone started bugging. Safari won’t load, neither will some of my apps that are heavily data based like Mail. I tried WiFi and data, no difference, I tried different WiFi connections and even a hotspot. Siri and chatGPT also won’t load BUT instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, X, and threads are working perfectly fine. Most games won’t load either. I tried to use a VPN and it has allowed me to access everything that is down Including Siri. This is a temporary solution, hopefully there is a more permanent fix. Thank you all in advance.

Enrolled via website for the apple developer account last Jan. 17 and got the e-invoice last Jan. 19. However, until now I still have not received any confirmation from Apple. I thought it was supposed to be 48hrs max only? Worth noting that I started the process in the developer app but had to withdraw it due to incorrect details but when I tried to enroll again, the button was disabled already so I had to do it via website. I also submitted 2 support tickets, one on Jan. 18 and one today, Jan. 20. Both no reply. Anyone else here had the same problem or knows the solution?

I installed the iOS 18.4 developer beta on my iPhone 12 last night, and it ended up sending my phone into a boot loop—at least that's what it looks like. Phone alternates between totally black screen and the Apple logo screen every 5 seconds or so. The phone isn't responding to force restart, isn't showing up in Finder to try to factory reset, etc. My guess is the update was corrupted in some way? Did this happen to anyone else? The problem seems related to how iOS handles redirects before reaching a Universal Link. ✅ Working Link (direct): When we open this direct Universal Link, the app opens as expected: 👉 https://dl.punchh.com/deeplinks/logansroadhouse/ ❌ Not Working (redirected link): This marketing/tracking link eventually redirects to the above Universal Link, but on iOS 18+, it opens the App Store or a browser instead of the app: 👉 https://ip2.loyalty.logansroadhouse.com/ls/click?upn=... The same redirect link works fine on iOS 17 and below — it opens the app.

As developers of an app with a free basic version and a paid premium version, we recently received a malicious review on our premium app. The review falsely accused our app of being a scam and baselessly claimed it was error-ridden. This comment is clearly malicious and designed to dissuade other users from purchasing our app. The most critical point is that we haven’t had any sales records in that region recently. In response to this review, we promptly contacted Apple Support but received only a generic, templated response stating that no action would be taken. We followed up with another complaint about the review, but it was still dismissed. Apple Support provided a link to their guidelines, and within those guidelines, we found specific clauses that Apple should act upon in cases like this. We sent another email pointing this out, but we’ve received no response since. It feels like developers are left defenseless against such malicious reviews. When we face these attacks, there’s no fair judgment, and Apple doesn’t uphold the very policies it has set to protect developers’ rights. If this continues, how can developers trust this platform to safeguard their basic interests?

Hi, I'm struggling to access Keychain Access app on a brand new mac mini m4 pro running Sequoia 15.3.1. After opening the app, I get a prompt to enter the current password; after I enter the correct password the first time, the prompt opens again. I enter the correct password again and the app terminates. I've checked Console and Keychain Access process logged: Initial auth failed: Error Domain=com.apple.LocalAuthentication Code=-1000 "ACM policy evaluation succeeded, but ACM is still requesting 1:1, 3:1, 15:1 on ACMContext 111 after a retry."
