when I receive calls on my mobile number and I am connected to a Wifi, the calls is cancelled after the second ring and the caller receives a busy signal. That means I cannot receive calls anymore. This problems happens with different mobile providers and does not occur on my Samsung Galaxy Phone with the same number (eSim). Even when I disable WIFI Calling the problem persists, when I am connected to a WIFI. Only when I disable the WIFI Connect and I am only connected to the mobile carrier, the calls go throuhg in a normal way. VERY annoying and hast not been fixed with Beta 3 of iOS 18.4. Any clue how this can be solved with settings? Hope Apple fixes this very soon!

Hello, why is apple won’t adding Just-In-Time compiler to ”Emulators” in the app store. And/or hypervisor for newer devices. i feel like UTM (which is a PC Emulator) or other Apps that emulate need JIT to work properly, and will consume significantly less battery to emulate/virtualize, And will have a noticeably better performance than just not enabling JIT, and by the way jit is already being used on iPadOS/iOS 18.3/18.3.1 and newer/older version of that so being enabled by the choice of the developer of the App is more convenient than doing it with tools. and by the why apple wont let emulators on iPads and newer iPhones do hypervisor, it’s better than JIT but requires a good cpu, like making it available to people with newer/powerful devices, hypervisor is better than JIT by a lot and removing it in iPadOS/iOS 18.4 was an unnecessary choice?, becuase it had a better potential in virtualization instead of emulating, and I feel like enabling it In M1-M2 iPads and A14-18pro and newer devices is just better from having it disabled, to unlock the fullest potential of the iPad it needs to have a app or something to do instead of just running high graphics games/or Apps.

Hi Apple Developers! I’m using the DetectBarcodesRequest function to identify QR codes in some images and PDFs. However, I’m facing an issue where the function doesn’t detect the barcode on certain documents and machines, while it works on others using the same document. The only common factor I’ve noticed is that the machines that successfully identify the QR code of the “problematic” document are all heavy developer machines that have Xcode installed. Interestingly, this doesn’t seem to be related to processor type (Intel vs. Apple Silicon). Could you please provide some guidance or leads on how to resolve this issue?

I purchased an iPad Pro M4 in early December, and since day one, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue. Almost every day, at random times, the device freezes for 1–5 minutes and then restarts itself. The tablet is not under heavy load when this happens — I mainly use it for light tasks such as watching videos in a player or Safari browser, web surfing, and reading books. The issue has even occurred while the iPad was idle and locked; it froze, displayed the Apple logo, and rebooted. I brought the device back to the store where I purchased it, and they sent it for a diagnostic check. However, the experts concluded that the device is fully functional, and no defects were found. After one of these crashes, I noticed that my Apple Pencil started lagging (see video file IMG_5688.MOV). However, after another reboot, the issue with the Apple Pencil resolved itself. I’ve documented the issue with several video recordings showing the freezing and rebooting behavior, as well as error logs generated after such incidents. Hi there, with the latest update, the ability to click in the file name field at the top of a document (eg Pages, Numbers) to add or change the name of the file, then select filing location, no longer works. Previously, a user could do this and then hit 'return' and it would save to that location with that new file name. It no longer does this. This is a very useful functionality to have. Can it be returned in a future update?

Hello, since an update in September, the alarm widget on the watch face no longer counts down accurately like it used to. This is extremely frustrating for me because I used it for work so I have know exactly how much time I had in a particular circumstance. So for example, say I have an alarm set for 12:30. Before the update in September, I was able to look at my watch and know immediately that I had 24 minutes before the alarm, or look again and know it was the. 10 minutes before the alarm. Now, if I look at the watch face, it will say I have 24 minutes before the alarm, but it may actually only be 10 minutes before the alarm. I understand for some people this may be trivial, but it is really disappointing for me, and renders one of the most useful features of the Apple Watch useless to me now. I am hoping this is just an oversight during an update, so looking to see if this is something that is currently being worked on? I just installed beta 11.3 and still having the same issue. Now, if I press and hold on the watch face, like I’m going to change watch faces, then click out of it. It does update it. But it is not the same as it used to be. Thank you

For 9 Glorious Months, My MacBook Pro &amp; J5 Create JCD543 HUB Were Best Friends… Until I Updated macOS For nearly a year, my MacBook Pro 14” (2023, M2 Pro, 16GB RAM) worked flawlessly with my J5 Create JCD543 HUB, allowing me to run: ✅ 4 External Displays (Samsung, LG, Insignia, Samsung) A setup that worked perfectly… until I updated macOS. Then Came the Update… and the Issues Began First, I updated last week. Two of my four displays stopped working. No big deal, I thought—I’ve dealt with display quirks before. Then, like an optimist ignoring red flags, I updated again last night to 15.4 Beta (24E5222f) and… well, now things are completely broken. My Once-Perfect Setup (Now a Display Disaster) JCD543 HUB → 2 HDMI displays (not working) JUD380 HUB → 1 HDMI display (partially working, unstable) MacBook HDMI port → 1 HDMI display (working, but feeling abandoned) JCA365 USB-C to Dual HDMI Adapter (Not part of my setup, but tested—also not working) What I’ve Tried (aka My Troubleshooting Journey) ✔ Restarted my Mac multiple times ✔ Uninstalled and reinstalled J5 drivers ✔ Swapped cables, unplugged/replugged everything, tested known-working HDMI cables (they work fine on other devices) ✔ Deleted /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.displays.plist (this fixed a similar issue in the past, but the file no longer exists in this update) The Likely Culprit? Hi All, Im writing a flutter app and have had no issue thus far. My latest review says the iPad air (5th) is hanging on the splash (launch) screen. I have no idea why this is. The main method In flutter is more or less empty, as functions have been offset elsewhere. I'm not quite sure what to do next. I resorted to rebuilding the IOS dir and that make a difference for the iPhone issue not the iPad. I run it in the simulator and notice one issue which I imagine is the problem. it states: Errors found! Invalidating cache... fopen failed for data file: errno = 2 (No such file or directory) Errors found! Invalidating cache... I'm using plane old flutter and don't believe I access any assets that aren't specified. Any pointer would be a great help!

We are a technical team of a large enterprise whose main business depends on internally developed iOS applications. Our Apple enterprise developer account expires on February 16th, and we filled in the renewal application form before that, but it was rejected by Apple. We contacted the Apple consultant through Apple's official website, and they said that the enterprise department is a separate department, and they could not solve my problem. Later, after efforts, I directly contacted the email address of the enterprise department, and I explained our situation. After their review, the final plan still could not renew, but only extended the use of our P12 certificate, and the maximum extension was one year in the end, so that we can deal with the application that is being distributed by the enterprise as soon as possible. Please create the feature to be able to delete subscription data. I want to delete all my subscription data and buy history from the Icloud/ IPhone. You have all the permissions needed from me to do so. There must be a better way than creating a new apple account on a new email address. And having to shift everything to a new email address to have a clean account regarding subscription data and purchases?!
