Downloaded screensavers not appearing in 4KSDR240FPS folder

How can we receive the iPadOS 18.6.1 update on an iPad? We have configured the MDM update days policy to receive recent, but not the latest, iPadOS updates; however, we are only able to get versions 18.6.2 and 18.6. Is the availability of iPadOS updates dependent on the iPad's region? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

short version question: why some users after deleting and downloading back my in-house app, cannot start the new process for approving developer, but instead it tries to start and then crashes immediately? long question version I am maintaining an in-house distributed enterprise app. due to update in iOS 18 update here users need to trust the developer via a new procedure that involves restarting device and inserting the phone code. after thousands (more or less 30.000) of users with no issue at all, some of them has this problem, the old (expired)trust seems to be persistent and never updated. Standard events a user deletes the app via settings > general > VPN & device management or via classic persistent touch procedure checks no other presence of the app is on the device via spotlight. since it is the only app with "MyDeveloperName" on the phone, if users goe back to VPN & device management screen, no app or developer will be present. user downloads new version of the app. If taps directly on the icon there is a system alert with says the developer must be trusted. a this point in settings > general > VPN & device management you can find a line with developer name, tapping on it we find a screen where user finds a white button with BLUE message "authorize MyDeveloperName" and follows procedure. My issue is that some users get following different behavior, and I do not understand why: ❌ tapping on downloaded app icon: no alert, but app tries to start then crashes. ❌ going in VPN & device management screen there is only RED write button "delete app" in both paths, working and not working, the app results "verified" in VPN & device management screen (Apple says old authorizations are preserved.)

Hi Apple Community, At WWDC25, introduced a native device migration feature with iOS/macOS 26 and Apple Business Manager that promises seamless migration from one MDM to another without wiping devices or manual re-enrollment. That said, while testing this in iOS/macOS 26 beta, we ran into an issue: the Wi-Fi settings deployed by the old MDM aren’t retained during the migration. This means devices lose Wi-Fi connectivity partway through, and users have to manually reconnect before the migration to the new MDM can continue. This interrupts what should be a smooth, hands-off process. We wanted to ask if this is a known issue or limitation with the current beta? Are there any recommended ways to avoid losing Wi-Fi profiles during this migration window? Will this improve in future updates so that the Wi-Fi connection is preserved or seamlessly handed off to the new MDM? Any tips, workarounds, or official guidance Apple can share on best practices for handling Wi-Fi profiles during ABM-native device migrations would be hugely appreciated. Hi. I am writing a little MDM application. Despite the basic task (add a password for 'remove profile' button in settings), it seems I am stuck with a problem: When I try to enroll my device with enrollment.mobileconfig file, Apple Configurator app, I receive an error The profile “Enrollment Profile” could not be installed because it is invalid. Make sure the profile is valid and try installing it again. The original architecture of my .mobileconfig contains of two payloads (com.apple.security.scep , com.apple.mdm), and it works correctly. However, when I try to add a third payload of com.apple.profileRemovalPassword , I receive the error stated above. From logs collected on iPhone, here's what was found : Failed to parse profile data. Error: NSError: Desc : The profile “Enrollment Profile” is invalid. Sugg : A profile containing an MDM payload must be removable. US Desc: The profile “Enrollment Profile” is invalid. Hi Team, As per this documentation Handling NotNow Status Responses | Apple Developer Documentation, the last command that is delivered to the device on a connection should be the one that the device reported NotNow so that the device will automatically retry when it is ready to consume commands. Our question is it possible to have a fixed command which we can try at the end once all commands are tried and if device has reported NotNow for any of the commands. E.g. If there were 3 commands delivered to the device one by one SSO profile (com.apple.sso ) was delivered and device reported NotNow VPN profile (com.apple.vpn.managed) was delivered and the device reported NotNow DeviceInformation command was delivered and the device reported Acknowledged. As there were NotNow responses earlier, can we try a certificate profile(com.apple.security.pkcs1), with a dummy certificate payload, to ensure that the last command delivered to the device in this connection is responded with NotNow. Questions: Can we use a fixed command e.g. certificate profile(com.apple.security.pkcs1) as in above example to ensure the last command delivered to the device has NotNow response. Or is it better to try one of the commands which the device reported NotNow earlier. As in above example should we try the SSO or VPN profile at step 4 instead of the certificate profile? Following up to above, when a device reports NotNow for any profile installation command, can we say it will always report NotNow for certificate profile(com.apple.security.pkcs1) as well for all iOS and MacOS devices?

We are trying to develop an app that will be responsible for managing 5000+ managed iPads through Intune MDM. The user flow is to have a device locked to a single app when a user is not logged in, but to make the device available to other apps once a user is authenticated. We already tried UIAccessibility GuidedAccess Mode and autonomous single app mode but those were not sufficient due to our need to be able to toggle this from the background. When the device may be asleep. So another way we could achieve this functionality would be to control all app access under a launching mechanism. That way we could allow one app to be visible in our MDM configuration and try to access our business app through that using deep links. If this were to work, we would have to be able to hide an app and still make it launchable from the manager. Any ideas? Thanks

I encounter a connection error with Apple Configurator v2.18 when, after making changes in macOS Sequel 15.6.1, I want to apply and transfer the changes to the iPhone icon layout in iOS 26: Apple Configurator v2.18 crashes and returns an error message: ‘Try the operation again. If it fails, quit the application, launch it again, and try again. [NSCocoaErrorDomain – 0x1001 (4097)]’ I have done some research, and it seems that this bug has been identified and fixed in Apple Configurator 2 v2.19 (Build 10434). Have you encountered this problem? Do you know where to find version v2.19? This fixed version does not appear to have been released yet, and Apple support has been unable to help me. We've disabled FUS through a config profile, but users can still access FUS by enabling the MenuBar/Control Center icons. My org would like to prevent access to FUS so I've created a config profile. But the profile doesn't seem to work. Hi,team: I have configured SystemExtensions and WebContentFilter for supervised devices through mdm, and set NonRemovableFromUISystemExtensions in SystemExtensions, but found that my network filter cannot be deleted in macOS10, macOS11 and macOS12, but it can still be turned off by selecting the network filter in the network and choosing to disable the service. However, it cannot be turned off in macOS13, macOS14 and macOS15. How can I prevent supervised devices from turning off the network filter in 10, 11 and 12? Hi team, We need to identify the domains used by macOS Software Update so they can be bypassed by our NETransparentProxy. The Apple support article below lists Software Update and several other Apple service domains. At the moment we’re unsure whether we should only bypass the Software Update and Beta Software domains, or whether we also need to bypass domains used for certificate validation, device management (Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager / Apple Business Essentials), network provider updates, Apple Diagnostics, etc. We also need the specific IP ranges used exclusively by Software Update. I registered in this summer, uploaded 2 apps. But recently I decided to add iAP to my apps, everything is ready, in Xcode sandbox everything works fine, but when I uploaded new version to TestFlight to test, when I tap on the subscription it says something like "Product not found". (I have added subscriptions to the app, and added them to the version before submitting, also, this version is in status "awaiting developer release" so I can tap a button and this new version with iAPs will be on App Store. But im unsure what to do, because exactly this verified by Apple's version is not working in TestFlight.) In Business section of my Apple Developer Account in Agreements I only have agreement of free apps, but not about the paid apps. 
When I registered I used my (R)(us)sian passport, I think this is the reason that I simply don't even have the agreement of paid apps to accept it. 
I have multiple passports, and multiple EU debit cards. I emailed apple to change the location of my account (to another EU country), but they ghosted me. They sent me emails to upload documents about 4 or 5 times, every time I uploaded my another passport, got an auto email "thank you, we will write you in 2-3 days", but either they did not write me, or they said that the document is not in English (it isn't). 
What do I do? Also, to my situation, someone of my family has a company in (R)(us)sia, and I have in EU (Estonia). Maybe if nothing will work out with "Individual account", I should change to my company? And what is better EU or (R)(us)sian?

We are experiencing an issue with Apple Business Manager (ABM) synchronization that is blocking our device management workflow. Issue Description: During the ABM sync process in our MDM, we receive the error: "ABM Terms and Conditions not signed." What We’ve Checked: Logged into the ABM portal as the Administrator and confirmed that the latest Terms and Conditions. Attempted to renew the ABM token on our existing server, but the same error message continues to appear in MDM. Tried creating a brand new ABM server integration, which also fails with the same error. We checked with our MDM provider and they shared the logs, response received from ABM. It says T_C_NOT_SIGNED. But we have already accepted all the new Terms in ABM. We would appreciate any help in resolving this issue or guidance on what steps to take next.

I've tried everything I can think of, forums, reddit, Microsoft documentation.... just can't find any clear cut method of doing this. I'm working on an InTune Mobile App Protection Policy. I know there are going to be some VPs out there asking why they can't use native iOS Apps, especially Apple Calendar, Contacts & Mail. I have not been able to get anywhere, I always end up with this error. Things I've tried: Allow sync of native apps with work account Putting in app exemptions (But I don't truly know if I know if I have the right values for this and there's no simple way of getting it from what I've seen. Having to download app to PC, finding config files, finding specific values.... that people say are hit or miss). Allow data transfer of ALL Apps What am I missing here? I'm pretty much giving up and just going to say sorry, you can't use Native apps.. Period! Anyone have any experience with this, especially for Mail, Calendar & Contacts? Thank you for anyone that can offer advice on this.

I am using system_profiler command to check on the installed application list from mac device. **Terminal command to check installed java version - ** But while running /usr/sbin/system_profiler SPApplicationsDataType -xml , I cant able to find Java as an installed application. Is this a known issue or do we have any alternative workaround to fetch the same?

There is a longstanding restriction payload for supervised iOS devices that disables "Erase All Content and Settings." We have been experimenting with supervised watches paired with supervised phones that have that payload applied, and yet "Erase All Content and Settings" remains available on the watch. Is this: – a) An error with our payload? Should we be sending something else? – b) A bug in watchOS supervision? – c) A deliberate design choice? If so, what is the rationale for preventing organizations from maintaining this very basic level of control over devices they may be configuring and dispatching into the field?
